If you need an Arch expert ask for Hailey. She is truly an artist that knows the art of arching. I'd been to several places hoping to get an Arch for my very straight eyebrows and she is the only one that actually used science to get me a very beautiful arch. I am in love! Thanks Hailey!

I went to the ulta in clearwater mall Jun 29. I haven’t got my eye brows done by anyone in year because I was scared they would just go ham cause my eyebrows are pretty thick. I booked with Hailey and she was great! she made me feel comfortable and listened to everything l had to say, she made sure I was okay & liked the shape of my brown throughout the waxing. highly recommended! I definitely will be back😁👍🏼

This great beauty service and supply store offers different brands by brand in some areas. I found Murad® products, a beauty bar for a scheduled make up session and lesson. I was looking for eczema friendly products and took info on the ingredients to discuss with my dermotologist.
Great accessible venue that us well lit. Accessible height check out counter. Accessible entry and exit. Good signage

From what I could tell, there was no judgmental individuals in here. People pretty much keep to themselves and the people at the front counter are highly skilled and quick at what they do.
If you can't find your favorite drugstore makeup at CVS because the shelves are wiped out, I would suggest going to Ulta instead because they have everything from L'Oreal to Mac and they even have some fragrances. 👍🏻

I went there for a haircut. First time I got a new girl. She didn’t even know how to hold a scissors. Thank God to her, Coworker help her and then I asked for a blow up and hair straightener. I got charged for both and she told me she’s good at it. My hair looks terrible. I had to go back home and fix it. I got charged $ 91. I don’t know for what

I normally don’t do reviews, but because I work in customer service, I felt the need to share my experience , I really don’t shop here and I see why I won’t never shop here again. They customer service suck so bad . I walked in say hello to the lady in the front she looked at me crazy like that make up she had on. The lady in the fragrance station with the blonde hair with the clip in it was not helpful at all I asked her for men’s cologne and she gave me women’s cologne ! Serena took the cake when I went to purchase my items it’s like she didn’t want to ring me up had a sight attitude. Soon as it said approved on my end she yelled out loud oh your card didn’t go through as the receipt was printing then said oh ! My Computer is so low ! So rude like as if I didn’t have the funds to be there . I would never shop nor do business with this store ever again. Yall need to train your ladies to be more respectful and helpful ! I had to drive a hour in a half to come back the next day due to the blonde lady giving me the wrong Cologne after asking her twice was this men’s . The young lady with the blue / green hair that was in the fragrance was really helpful though off the top she told me that’s not men’s at all and helped me . Thank god yall didn’t have what I wanted so I left and went to another one where they customer service was great !

1st day I picked up they closed exactly at 6 even though I arrived at six and it says curbside is still till 6 pm on Sunday. Then tried to go today and “the generator” isn’t working but they have four people working inside not doing anything. This was my first time ordering from. Here and will NEVER do it again. Can’t pick up my order. Can’t cancel it and was told to “let it time out”. And they make you show your ID which I don’t feel comfortable for when it’s a non alcoholic purchase to some place that obviously always has some shit going on. Don’t understand the point in this store. Get it together. Why give me a barcode in my email if you are going to use my ID?? The process isn’t efficient and a waste of my time just like this review.

It’s 2025. A major retailer like Ulta should know better than to let customers find out they’re closed only by handwritten note on the door. No Google update. Just a smiley face apology taped to the glass.
Imagine driving out in 100° heat with two toddlers—screaming in the back seat—only to discover this. A simple update online could’ve saved a lot of people time, gas, and frustration. Respect your customers’ time. It’s not that hard.

I didn’t know how to do the survey but I just wanted to say that Ayam was great!! She helped me find the right tone for my concealer and had me in and out the store within 20 minutes, if I was there by myself then I would’ve been there forever😂 she really knows her products and I feel like she really enjoys her work
