About Upper Suncoast Dog Training Club
Upper Suncoast Dog Training Club is a long-standing, nonprofit, all-volunteer dog training community in Pinellas. It offers welcoming, all-positive classes for people and dogs of all ages. The club provides a wide variety of instruction, including puppy, obedience, tricks, agility, rally, therapy dog, and conformation classes. The atmosphere is very supportive and fun, fostering a wonderful environment to deepen the bond with a dog. The knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate volunteer instructors teach to all levels. They are supportive and go out of their way to work with dogs and their owners, helping fearful or struggling dogs make amazing progress. The club cares deeply about its members and dogs, showing great compassion and generosity. Many participants drive significant distances to attend and often progress through multiple courses. It is widely described as a great school and a wonderful club where both dogs and owners can learn, succeed, and socialize with familiar faces.

A great place to train your dog. Could use a few updates but definitely a really good option for folks wanting to create a strong bond and work on positive dog training with their pup.

I’ve taken my puppy there for 2 different 8 week classes. My only complaint was there was an uncontrollable German shepherd in both glasses, it was quite uncomfortable and disruptive. If the handler can’t control their dog they should be asked to leave. Otherwise it was a good experience for my puppy.
