From its addresss, one might think it a simple matter to navigate. "Just take US19 north from St Petersburg to Milam Dairy Road (about 120th Ave N; proceed to 126th Ave N on the Frontage Rd; turn to #5720 on 126th Ave N. What he finds is 126th Ave N ends before #5720 is reached. He then must turn back on US19 to 118th Ave N and the left to the east to 49th Street N: then north again and west on 126th Ave N to try it from the east. All the way to the west, almost to the west side road end, and eureka! There it is a small "Customer Service" entrance. Only, finally arriving he finds there is no customer service during normal business hours. Special hours since COVID's pandemic in 2022. Sadly, I guess UPS's customer team had been wiped out by the disease, and no replacements could be found for them; so they could only offer service in the AM until noon, and then reopening after 5:30PM. If you arrive at 4pm for service, you are out of luck!A rotten location at dead end. Rotten hours with a 5.5 hour PM gap !!! An out of town merchant who gives you a UPS label does not know the difficulties you will face if you need to go to the UPS hub for service. Let the merchant know that you will not buy from him in the future if UPS is the only shipper he can offer you !!!

Some of the worst customer service ever. First of all, trying to get a human on their 800 number is almost impossible. Someone called me from the Clearwater hub, but it's an out-only number and is busy if I try to call it.UPS scanned my controlled substance medication 3 times at the Clearwater hub. When it arrived, processing, and then processed to go on truck. I watch driver on the street next to mine at 2:30pm, then he goes to next street past me. I watch him.bounce around town for the next 3 hrs until he finally makes it to me at 5:30. He goes in back for a couple minutes and comes out and says " I don't have it. Maybe it's on another truck" and pulls off. Doesn't give me a number to call or anything. I call and am sworn to that my package isn't lost, it's just left at facility.I ask CVS to call and arrange me to pick it up so I don't have to wait until 5:30 the next day. A couple hrs later, the rudest man from Clwtr Hub calls to tell me it is in fact lost somehow. I open a claim and am told it takes at least 8 business days. In the meantime, CVS can't reship until 10 days of it being lost.So now I'm over a week without my pain meds and UPS has had the worst customer service. I can't get anyone on phone or if I do, they're rude and uncaring.Ship your packages any other way.

UPS failed to deliver socks to a homeless shelter, twice in a row, RIGHT NEXT DOOR, LITERALLY, for no justifiable reason. Staff have informed me this is not an isolated occurrence, that lack of deliveries has happened for at least 11 years.I finally changed addresses. Maybe they can find an address not next to their hub. Like the broadside of a barnSome of the people’s tents which are on the property line, can’t sleep because of the noise made by the UPS trucks. The sender, God bless their patience and understanding, needed me to provide a different address because, as I repeat, UPS could not deliver a package, twice in a row, to a business, right next to them, spanning further than their own property line, the equivalent, to way larger than the broad side of a barn. This is not an isolated occurrence, lack of deliveries has happened for 11 yearsSeriously I couldn’t make this up if I tried. Two, I repeat for a third time, two failed deliveries, in a row, which is not an isolated occurrence, to a freekin homeless shelter, right next door, the length of which is far further than the UPS building itself… way way larger than the broadside of a barn. The last word I can say is pathetic. UPS, no words you write can justify this incompetence, which has happened for years, believe it or not. Just do better. You must because if people found out, you couldn’t deliver packages to a homeless shelter, literally right next-door to you, for no justifiable reason at all, I think that’ll be bad for business…

They have a girl named Jordan who works the front now... She is rude and over charges on all my packages.. she doesn't care about customer service at all... I was literally told by her "maybe I should just drive to Ohio and deliver the package myself..." wow she doesn't care about customer service so why they put her at the front desk is ridiculous... Will take my business to another carriers if this lady with an attitude remains.... Mark and Kim both deseeve a raise having and get a thumbs up, I feel sorry they have to work with this person who clearly doesn't care about anything... and certainly not UPS customers...

Mallory with UPS Clearwater went out of her way to help solve my delivery dilemma. Another company miscommunicated my address and Mallory got in touch with the delivery driver himself to see if he could circle back around once I corrected it. Both of them went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you both so much. Bad ending to a day, averted.

Awesome peeps working here.! I mistakingly put the wrong address when ordering online. Oh my... What a headache.! I ride a bike and instead of being patient and waiting the extra 3 days for the address change to be approved, I decided to ride to the facility to pick up my packages.. 22 miles round trip I rode. I nearly made it before closing time. The staff was happy to assist and when seeing the address, the lady was shocked that I had rode all the way there and still had to traverse 11 miles back home. She offered me a seat, a fan and even brought me a bottled water,! So sweet. She even loaded my 75lbs of packages onto my tailor for me while I sipped my water. Thank you miss lady. I wish I could remember your name too address you personally here.

Today, UPS delivered my package to my apartment in Zone A of St. Petersburg, Florida. Unfortunately, due to a mandatory evacuation issued by the county on Monday, I was not home to receive it. Instead, UPS left the package outside my door where it could potentially be damaged. I wish they had realized that there is a mailbox available that would have been a safer option given the circumstances. Now, I have to take the risk and drive to my apartment to retrieve my package.

Ive always had good experience with UPS shipping, heck if im shipping something important I ask to use them. USPS likes to damage packages and not honor insurance or just make it too much of a hastle to claim (I had a $300 package abliterated during shipping and was "lost" for over a week. It finally came in a "Oopsie bag" but they wound not honor the insurance for excuse after excuse and I just gave up). FedEX (Ground at least) tends to be really slow and late alot, because they drive it all the way. UPS ive noticed must use planes if they have an available one even on ground or normal shipments as ive noticed it getting between 2 facilities way to quickly to be driven.

So currently I have paid for next day air. Product was left at a ups store yesterday morning at 8:30am to be delivered to the receiver by 10:30am this morning. GUESS WHAT it’s still sitting in the same spot it was yesterday. You call any number you can find to be told someone will call in 1 hour with an explanation but again that never happens. This company is an utter joke. No one has answers ever and when it comes to finding your package I wish you the best of luck because not a single employee will have that answer. Highly recommend you use a different company to shop products.
