I dropped off an overnight letter here. The attendant quickly and efficiently managed the service and made sure that I got a receipt. They offer many shipping, copying, and packing services in this small space, including mail boxes with 24/7 access. Notary services available, they usually have a notary on site, but call to be sure
Note that half of the parking lot is sloped which can be challenging to manage

The worst UPS location I’ve ever seen. If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff is extremely rude! I waited over 15 minutes for the attendant to get back to me after she decided to take a phone call while she already started to handle my request. When I mentioned it, she replied - “maybe you should be ignored sometime”…
When I asked for her name, she lied (I wrote to management and they said they don’t have an employee with that name).
Management wasn’t any better. They never followed up or apologized for this incident.
Go to another UPS if you don’t to deal with rude staff who doesn’t know basic multi-tasking skills.

What a miserable experience. Customer service is dead. Does no one smile anymore? If you don’t like your job find a different one. Simply miserable.

I typically use this location frequently. Today I dropped off 3 large heavy boxes. I went in first to see if they had a cart. I loaded the boxes (parked directly in front of the store) and tried to get the cart into the store. Mind you, as you lift the cart the handle comes out. So trying to hold the door open and lift the heavy load over the door threshold with my foot, all the while 2 young male employees stand there leaning on the counter. WHAT? You can't even OFFER to just hold the door? I also placed each box myself on to the scale. Again..... WHAT?
I'm 66 years old, I am blessed with health and strength. But still.... no courtesy? Either your Mama's didn't raise you right, or your training with UPS is sub par. 🤬

Stay away!
Paid almost $100 for shipping to NY 6lb box and asked to email drivers shipping signaturenon pickup, they asked additional $3.75 Had to drive another 30 min 👎
Keep in mind that UPS closed all customer support centers, according to the same store employees.
Find better shipping company.

If you are going to advertise you are open on Sunday with hours posted on your door and website, please make sure someone is there and the door is unlocked. Or remove the advertised open 7 days sign
