Whenever I have to return an item from Amazon, I always go to this particular UPS store, Miss Kasey , Mr. Riley and Mr. Regis are usually the people that help me. All three are very, very friendly and they always welcome me when I walk in the door, They are always very helpful when I need to bring up something on my phone in order for them to get a ticket to send my package out. It makes me happy when I need to return something from Amazon and that is because I get to go to the UPS and see if not all three that day at least one of them that day I love this UPS because of the employees that work there!!!!

Drove 40 minutes after calling and checking Google to make sure they are open on Sundays. Both say till 3pm. Showed up at 1:57 with it closed. So 40 minutes here. 40 minutes back. Won’t go back to this location.

At least one of the employees needs to be trained on the locker/luggage storage. I already made a reservation for it and when I went in and said I’m here for it with my big backpack the first employee immediately said something like “we don’t do that here.” That made me panic that maybe I was at the wrong spot, and without a car. Fortunately there was another employee who figured out what I meant but made the excuse that normally people bring in luggage. So what! I clearly had a big, stuffed backpack with me. Then when the first employee went to check me in for it he thought the code was just supposed to be numbers even though I kept showing him my code, which could be either scanned or typed in, and he had to wait for the other employee to tell him the obvious that what I was showing him was my code. When I went to pick up my backpack there was a different employee who also was a bit confused with what I meant when I said I’m here to pick up my backpack I have stored, but fortunately he soon figured out what I meant.

I called the store 3 times to ask a question about a service I had. No one answered I drive miles away to the store and 3 employees are inside but no one was available to answer within the past 15 minutes? Then they’re are not even able to service me and help me get my fingerprints done because no one isn’t knowledgeable about a service they are offering. A complete joke and waste of my time.

Most staff are lazy and not helpful at all. Several times I seen them chatting in back instead of helping customer.

Reilly was excellent. Paola contributed to the customer oriented friendly vibe. I knew this location for its reliability but today I was blown away… I felt like the focus here is to make customers feel attended to and appreciated. I was given kindness and I could see my order being treated immediately and with respect & care.
