Rude, condescending and unprofessional staff, over multiple occasions. I dealt with it by never going back, which I am sure pleased the staff, but is hardly a good way to run a business.

Absolutely love this store. I have an annual mailbox. I am also able to do all my business, faxing, shipping, copying. These guys offer great service and are very helpful as well as reasonably priced.

Go to the one in the downtown of Clearwater…much more friendly and helpful. Went in to buy a box and ship home some items since I ran out of room in my luggage. The lady wants to nickel and dime me for tape when I’m buying a cardboard box for $15 and paying $60 for ground shipping. Come on…went down the street and they taped it for free and gave me a discount since I have AAA. Don’t take advantage of people! Be better…

I walked in with a handmade Easter bunny. I had no idea for the best way to shop it or how much it would cost. The lady working told me that she would take care of packing it and pricing options… so nice and easy !

Nice employees. However, they charge $2 to print a UPS label for a return. That’s ridiculous! It is a UPS label.

Friendly and helpful staff yet was charged for an hour of computer use while I printed a single page from USB in addition to the expected 1 page print charge.Competitors in the area only charge the per page print fee which is a reasonable expectation.
