I have had excellent service every time Ive used this UPS Store. And I'm there often. Theyve always been helpful and courteous.

Out of the past 10 returns that I've submitted through this location, 30 percent were not processed correctly by the employees that work here. I've had no issues by the kiosk, but when something requires additional input by the workers, it has been more likely to be mishandled, nearly costing me over $1300.
Edit in response to owner: one instance was because your employee scanned one item twice and missed the other. The other was when I brought a $1300 spectrum return in with a label. The label didn't populate correctly in your system (probably spectrum fault there) and so the associate did something on the computer to get a new label, but it sent to spectrum third party insurance handler asurion. I kept tracking label in bowsing history so wasn't charged. The third was a printed label on a box that was handed off to employee, but must not have been scanned as the tracking showed never received.

The staff at this store are terrible. The one employee Martin was pleasant but didn’t know what he was doing. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt as he may be new. The other, Dylan has a lousy attitude and should not be dealing with customers! I’ll be using FedEx going forward.

The main problem with the specific UPS store is the rudeness of the staff there.
I have experienced their attitude more than once and, frankly, I am thinking to not go there again although it’s very close to my house.
They all have adopted the same arrogant attitude towards the customers like they follow directions to behave in this way.
They need to realize that their salaries or commissions, whatever, depend on our business with them.
If they don’t like their job, and to my opinion they don’t, they can search for something else to do for living.
I have read other people’s reviews since several months even years ago about the specific store and all focus on the same issue, that the staff there is rude, unfriendly and not helpful.
That means that the staff of this UPS store do not try to reconsider their behavior and to become better but they continue on the same motive.
They do not have any excuse to behave in this way (like tiredness any time of the day, computer issues, etc.)
Professionals must be professionals all the time.
To be rude cannot be a part of their job.
So simple.

This is the most controversial UPS store on the planet. Go here if you like drama. Write a review at your own risk, because the un-named, unidentified owner will become enraged and threaten to post 4K videos and audio of you in her store.

Matt was exceptional in taking extra time
with my Amazon return. Very considerate, patient with my elderly neighbor. Ember manages the store very well! I highly recommended this store for all your mailing needs.
