Kudos to Charles who delivers mail to Zip 33765. I travel a lot, and when my mail piled up, he nicely contacted Management, no big fuss. And recently the addree on a leter was mis-typed, he recoginzed my name and put it in my box. Wow, Thanks Charles.

Went to the Post Office to mail out a passport renewal. Doug was very helpful giving me everything I needed to fill out then organizing my envelope with exactly how each document needed to be placed. Thank you, Doug for going over and above. I appreciate your help.
