Absolutely abysmal and not helpful at all. These people kept me from receiving my mail. I have had scrubs, health insurance cards and other important items I needed for work “returned to sender” because my address was “vacant” after staying here for a month. This is affecting my livelihood and I cannot obtain things I NEED FOR MY JOB. Even though I’ve been receiving mail here for over a month they randomly stopped delivering my mail. USPS should just be dissolved already. Totally useless

Self drop box has been broken for almost two weeks, this is very inconvenient. If you don’t get there before 5:00 PM don’t waist your time.

Don't waste your time. Vince was incredibly disrespectful and sarcastic with the customer next to me. Terminals were broken and everything was even slower than a typical post office.

This United States Post office offers shipping boxes, greeting cards, supplies for shipping, passport application services, and stamps. The wall posters offer info on passports and how to properly reuse shipping boxes with clear examples.
Today NICk patiently helped me pick out stamps for letters and postcards. The types of stamps are amazing and I finally decided on Pete Seeger stamps, homage to Alex Trebek and carnival
Stamps.

The lack of professionalism is truly sad. Employees with puke green neon hair? Being rude and condescending... What happened to professional standards? What happened to taking pride in being professional and looking the part? It's time to get the woke out of the post office. It's time to regain the proper quality training, ethical standards, moral standards, and dress code standards that USPS used to have. Won't be using USPS until then.

Even when there's a line, the staff is friendly and efficient. This post office is clean and organized. One of the better post offices I've been to.

This is typically my go to post office however, after my last experience with the service. I will be going elsewhere. There was an extremely rude clerk with an attitude. 2:30pm; middle aged; dark skin woman.
