Absolutely scammed me with the 5G home internet. I verbally stated I did not want it multiple times with multiple witnesses but he did not take no for an answer. Told me it was risk free and wouldn't charge me. Lo and behold there's an $80 charge on my Verizon account. Not to mention the iPhone watches I wanted, I didn't want the additional charges with the phone lines and they told me there wouldn't be an additional charge. Yet there's MULTIPLE.Maybe when a customer states they don't want something, don't shove it down their throat.UPDATE: Just talked to Verizon corporate. Turns out this store also put $51/month worth of "Verizon Phone protection plans" that I never consented to, they just added it on there. So be careful and watch your "Next Estimated Bill" when shopping with these commission based people.

Rude and truly unprofessional.... All of their bad service is catching up.All of their promotions are gimmicks.I would not advise anyone to use Verizon.

What is the score, Took my name and had me sit down I was told I would be getting $600 to $300 on my phone, I was getting $100, That phone that was in good shape, So typical of Verizon the good old bait and switch. The service rock seemed hurried, I was given me no directions where's my iPhone. I asked for a charger, he said $20 then 27, Then oh I must have met $25. Verizon has-really changed over the years. I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. Save your money go to Best Buy Amazon and target. You'll get the same phone, And good customer service,What a waste of my time,,,,,,,,

I was honestly shocked to have such a great salesperson at this Verizon store, but Prince was overwhelmed my low expectations. He was such a nice guy, and from what I understood fairly new at this position. Prince was helpful and patient. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience of upgrading 2 phones.

Sales people are just talking to customers... telling stories... as I stand here waiting 30 minutes for service. There is no sense of urgency and no management. After waiting I find out they can't do anything but sell new phone and new accounts. Anything else you have to call National service.

Not happy. After spending 1 1/2 hours trying to fix a problem with my daughters new iphone from Verizon, we were told to call Apple tech support. Her phone is only a week old, in my view it would have been easier and less time consuming just to give her a new phone. I think it my be time to switch carriers rather than putting up with this BS.
