My wife and I went to the store and we were told we were both get $800 each for our phones to turn in. Went back 10 days later and we're told one of the phones when he gets $55. They said we had to call the Verizon store. We did that we're on the phone for an hour and they still can't figure it out. Do not believe anything this store says to you. Verizon texted us they're going to give us $800 back and we went in there and they still said $55. Beware of this place

This store is amazing! Becca is the manager and she helped us out TREMENDOUSLY with our account by making things right and getting us money back. The staff is super nice and worked with us for a few hours total to get the matter solved. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend this store if you want good customer service!

Went into the store to get a quote on a new plan and Garry Deronda went above and beyond to find me as much savings as possible and still ensuring i would keep my phone and watch and my current phone number. He made my experience a pleasure. He was able to get me upgraded to the newest devices and still save me money compared to my old plan ! Thank you Mr.Deronda for all the help and support !

Typically I don’t go out of my way to leave a bad review but this place is unbelievable. The customer service here is awful. After finally getting to speak with a manager after the sales rep trying to delegate me to corporate, she walks away for 15 minutes just to come back and say they’re is nothing they can do and sent me 35 minutes away to a different store. They didn’t even attempt to help me with my issue. Mind you I was told to come to this store because they are a corporate store and they would be able to resolve my issue. I have a significant billing issue where I am owed hundreds of dollars and I'm a loyal customer of over 7 years. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a verizon location on top of the billing issue. Go to the country side store if possible, this place is horrible.

I was both a business and Home customer of Verizon for more than 25 years. My house burned to the ground in hurricane Helene. I was trying to decide whether to stay with Verizon or switch to a carrier that has live people to talk to for service. I spent approximately 10 hours moving my phone to the other carrier. I got an email bill today for two month service and I have not used Verizon for whatever period of time that is to cover. Because I changed my number to a different carrier. I cannot get Verizon service to get me to a live human being. I am deeply disappointed that I ever had to deal with your company.

Terrible customer service! The store was literally empty and he wouldnt help us unless he charge us $30 just to help us transfer data!

Been a customer of Verizon for 25 plus years . I go into this store today to be told it’s going to cost me $30 for them to click a button that takes him less then a second to do simply to transfer info from one phone to another . Being a customer this long and paying for the most expensive service and buying a phone for well over $1,300 . Not to mention the store was empty and 3 employees just standing around . What has happened to good customer service??

Took about 6 hours between buying the new phones/plan and turning in our old phones. Fairly terrible process on behalf of Verizon, poor customer service at this location only makes it worse. Upon trade-in, one of the devices THEY PHYSICALLY INSPECTED AND AGREED TO ACCEPT , all of the sudden now this device “wasn’t eligible” anymore, so we gave them another iPhone 11 that they now all of the sudden declared a $80 trade in value on the receipt, instead of the true $1000 value that we agreed upon (both phones were agreed to $1000 trade in value). Upon repeatedly telling them I need a receipt that reflects the $1000 value of the phone they took (instead of $80) and that this receipt was unacceptable in regards to being inaccurate for an amount of over $900, the 5’6” guy said I should leave the store for being “rude” lol. Assistant manager was completely useless, couldn’t even provide any sort of paperwork to confirm my iPhone was indeed being accepted for the $1000 agreed value. Instead he says I should “wait a few days, it should show on the account”. Best they could do was a receipt that states $80 trade-in value and a screenshot on the representatives phone that says they have “submitted a request” for the true $1000 credit of the device, couldn’t even provide a basic written note stating that the device was indeed turned in for $1000 credit instead of $80. Overall, way smoother process when I was at t-mobile for 1/3rd of the cost. 5g service continually drops out while traveling, may even be worse than the 4g service I had with t mobile. The cellular service I paid for on the Apple Watch wasn’t even working for the first month of service either. Original representative that helped was very helpful, it’s the poor customer service and management at this location during the rest of the ordeal that is a problem

This stores customer service is pathetic. Spoke to a person by the name of Joe. I had a few questions, he could not answer one or really give a hoot on what my concerns where he was just chomping on his hum like a cow. I would truly consider going to a different store. 👎

I live out of state but someone turned in my brothers phone he lost here. The GM Rebecca went out of her way to call me to reunite my bro and his phone. Can only imagine the service for their in store customers is even better

Went in there on my lunch break to trade in my iphone 13 pro for a 16 pro. Stephen was such a big help and made the transition seamless. And I got out of there with my new phone in record time. He made me aware of upgrades and bundles but was not pushy at all when I said I didn't want any! He was able to answer all the questions I had about my new phone and plan. People like him are why I always prefer to go into the store than to do it over the phone or internet.

I switched from Verizon to AT&T. Biggest mistake of my life. Jakob Merkel, Assistant Manager at Verizon, went above and beyond to help fix my account issues with AT&T even though I was switching services. I had spent 3 days and 8 hours trying to get my AT&T service working due to incompetent employees. Jakob took care business and had my AT&T account up and running in no time. Looking forward to the end of my AT&T contract so I can go back to Verizon and their professionalism.
