Wish I could zero but it wont let me, I went in just to ask a question and stood for 10 minutes before walking out. I wasn’t even acknowledged by anyone, now yes other customers were being waited in and I get that but at least have the respect and common courtesy to say we will be right with you I apologize for the wait. Nothing was said absolutely disgraceful.

This version store will charge you to make a payment towards your account. Not to mention the staff member I interacted with showed frustration that he had to deal with taking a payment instead of selling me something.

Came into the store and ask them for help and the guy kept trying to sell me stuff the bottom line is if they can't sell you stuff they won't help you at all

I spoke with Tyler at the Clearwater, Florida Verizon Store at Countryside Mall last month regarding a bill that was increasing over the past several months. Tyler spent some time going over my account looking for the reasons for the increases and ways to affect a positive change.
Today, I went back to the Mall to thank Tyler for making the changes as my bill this month is significantly lower. Upon opening my account he noted another temporary small deduction that further reduces my bill.
I suggest Verizon customers in West Central Florida stop by and say Hi! to Tyler or any of the highly knowledgeable associates at Countryside for all your Verizon phones, tablets and associated tech or other needs.

We just received the best experience ever from such a kind man named Jacob at the countryside mall Verizon. He went above and beyond for my family and me, upgrading us and helping us with our new iPhone 15’s.
We have been with Verizon for many many many years and we have never had anyone go so above and beyond, and spend so much time and effort, helping us with three of our phones switched over And explaining and educating us so kind and friendly. I will definitely refer my family and friends because of Jacob. He is incredibly smart and knows what he’s doing. I wish the CEO’s knew how Amazing of an employee they have on their hands. Just incredible, I can’t say enough about him. I will definitely go back and stay with Verizon because of him. God Bless you and thank you. My family and I are so happy with our service today.

Did not explain promos/procedures, spent hours at a real, (not third party that they are) store to straighten out bill.

I have to say that Rafael was our sales person and Bradley Tep is the manager. They both took real good care of us! I had lots of questions and they were very patient and friendly. I have been with Verizon for over 22 years and I deal with customer service with a major airline and I know good customer service when I see one. I hope these two reps get recognized. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

If you are contemplating making changes to your service ,and or equipment, I would highly recommend visiting the Verizon store at Countryside mall. Consider yourself lucky if you are working with Tyler, sales consultant, he is outstanding, his product knowledge is excellent. If there is a way that I could give him a 10 star I would that’s how good he is.

I had to get a new phone and was recommended to go this authorized Verizon sales center. Fighting traffic on US19 wasn't fun but I'm so glad I did. Brad was fantastic and more than patient in answering all my questions. Highly recommend going there if you are a Verizon user and if you do ask for Brad.
