1-the prices are so reasonable! They are not ripping people off!
My pup was spayed while in heat, microchipped, & 3 after surgery meds for pain and to keep her calm, and had a Bordatello vaccine for $429! I was quoted over $800 just for the spay NOT in heat at other places!
2- they have availability very fast! I was on a 2 month waiting list!!
3- they have the most friendly staff!
They are welcoming! They are helpful!
4- they have a CLEAN facility!!
5-it doesn’t take all day for appointments! My husband took our other dog and she had some biopsies and things done. The drive there and back and the visit. He was gone an hour! Seriously!!
6- waiting room is never over crowded!
I am serious- I literally have so many things I could say!!
They didn’t just call me one time after my pups surgery! They have contacted me everyday since!!
Why would anyone take their pet anywhere else!!! The are the example of what a veterinary clinic should be!! Caring for our animals and not just doing it to get the almighty dollar!!!
So many people don’t take their pets to the vet because of the cost…

“I have no words to express my gratitude for this company. They were so caring and treated me with so much love and respect. I lost my beautiful fur-baby. He was my soul dog and they understood that. Felicia, and Emma were absolutely extraordinary. Felicia called to verify the information, and was so respectful of my pain. She also called me to advise me of when my baby was going to go back to the vet's office. Emma was also very helpful in giving me information about the time of arrival of my boy. His cremation was done with so much love, and professionalism, and it took only 7 days to have my baby back. His pawprints were made in perfection.

“I wish I could remember the name of everyone who helped me yesterday with my dog Juice Wrld. He’s had chronic eye issues for years that his normal vet just kept treating with meds, but then the symptoms would be back within a month. The eye doctor here is using different meds and goes to get the problem resolved so juice can resume swimming in the ocean, his most favorite thing to do.”

I did not have an emergency today but I did go by to get info as phone number and times they are open, as they are not open as late as PetSmart. I was able to check out details, the very clean exam rooms, and the after hours referral settings
