“Doctor Finley gave me some diversion ideas for our cat. Butters who was experiencing stress from new kitties in the house period and not only did it work but all 3 cats are better for the diversion activities / toys. Hiding their food is a great idea too it makes them hunt for it, another if Doctor Finleys ' ideas. I highly recommend this clinic.”

“I was very pleased with my experience at this veterinary office. Dr Daniels is super sweet and was very gentle, loving, and calm with my 12 year old kitty. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and professional. My kitty was able to explore our room, she really enjoyed the window sill. She and I have had bad experiences at other vets, so I was nervous to try another place, but there was zero reason to worry as this place is very nice. I recommend this facility, especially for cat owners!”

“My pup hurt a paw while out for a walk this AM. She was crying and limping.Tried to see her regular vet but was told to come back later after a staff meeting. I found this unacceptable because she was obviously hurt. I took her to the vets office i have been passing regularly and she was seen after a brief wait. I found the office immaculateAnd the vet and her assistant to be compassionate and very helpful. My pup was thoroughly examined and a bee sting was the concluding diagnosis. Time and the prescribed benadryl have done the trick ! My pup is sleeping and i am relieved. I like the fact that this vet makes appointments so it isn’t a question of sitting and waiting for an unknown time by just showing up ! I give this practice ??”

“I had to have my beloved Charlie laid to rest last Saturday. Coastal took me in at the very last minute, they charged a fair amount as compared to other vets in the area. The sweet nurse was so empathetic, kind and there for us the whole process. Thank you, Coastal Animal Clinic of Largo for making this experience, as good as it could have been. You guys are amazing!”

“Dr. Moore and the team are fabulous. I brought my 2 year old long haired syrian hamster in because he had a tumor/abscess on his side and I was worried about him. Appointment scheduled for 11:30am, Dr came in around 12:20pm. After doing a health check she gave me my options, and allowed me the time to make a decision. Unfortunately we made the hard decision to euthanize. At 2 years old if it's a tumor it would have been Anaesthesia and surgery. If it was an abscess it would have been cleaning out the wound(which would have been even more stressful for my little guy) and a life spent on antibiotics, with a hole on his side that doesn't close.(i learned when it comes to hamsters and abscesses the hole doesn't close.) It was the hardest decision of my life, but imo the responsible thing to do for my little guy. Especially at his age. Still didn't make it any easier. I was a blubbering mess throughout the entire appointment. When it came time for the Dr to give the euthanasia shot, she explained everything and even allowed me to hold my little guy after she gave the shot, until I was ready to hand him over and say goodbye. We decided to have him privately cremated. Which meant I would get him back in a little urn, with his paw print and a section of his hair. We spent a little less than $300, and imo that was fair, as blue pearl quoted me almost $300 just for euthanizing alone. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the wait time. I don't understand why appointments are booked when the Dr can't come see u until almost an hour after the appointment time. I do understand things get busy and situations come up, but still. I would definitely recommend you take your babies to Dr Moore and the team. They are kind, experienced and will ensure you know all of your options without pushing you to go one way or the other. Thank you to Dr Moore and the rest of the team. Her assistant was amazing as well and I really appreciated her calm demeanor and kind heart during such a rough time for me. If you love your little guys and want to ensure they get proper treatment, and you know at all times what is going on, go to Eastbay animal hospital.Edited: I got Harley back today and am so so so happy with everything. I wish Google would let me attach pictures. They gave me his ashes in a beautiful wooden box that has flowers carved in the top of the box, his paw print on a clay brick with his name etched into the clay, and also a couple of locks of his hair and a certificate to show when and where Harley was cremated at. I also love the fact that they sent home a grief pamphlet. Would totally recommend you bring ur babies to dr moore and the team”

“I took my senior cat for lab work and the tech was compassionate and experienced. The Dr is said to be retiring, so I won't get too established with them. They also handled my cat gently and he didn't freak once. I'll go back for more labs soon.”

“Dr. Faber and the staff do a fantastic job caring for our two cats. She takes the time to explain various bloodwork results over email, and is very responsive to my questions. I'm so grateful that I can take Misty and Mavis here as I know they are in great hands.”

“Really great experience! I have a Chihuahua mix that can get stressed in new situations but the staff here had him totally at ease and smiling that big dog smile immediately. The service of bath, nails and ear cleaning has my little dude prancing around and looking and smelling great! ??”

“I really enjoyed this vet. She was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. I feed my boy a home cooked diet, and it's difficult to find a vet that doesn't automatically reject anything that isn't kibble. I didn't get a patronizing lecture from her, whereas my boys last vet didn't even ask if I had done my research before going into lecture mode. Overall the best experience I've had with a vet.”

“I have been going to this animal hospital for years. I've tried other places but I like how they really show they love animals. I had to put my elderly cat to sleep and they were extremely kind. I called and explained my cats symptoms and they had me in within 12 hrs. When they had to tell me he wouldn't make it they allowed me to take him home and let my family say goodbye. When I went back they allowed me to stay with him and comfort him while they administered the meds. After they sent me a sympathy card.Several months later I had to take my other car in for a checkup and they inquired about how we were all doing since Sonny passed. They really treat the whole family with kindness.”

“Excellent doctors and nurses. Very attentive and compassionate while delivering excellent care - which is extremely important given the nature of of specialist vet services. However, I feel that the front desk staff lacks these characteristics. I waited several visits to make sure it was not an outlier experience, but have noticed a trend. I want to give 5 stars as the Veterinary staff is phenomenal, but reception is very aloof (which is strange to me, given the nature of the business). Thank you for taking great care of my pets during these crucial moments.”
