They even helped me rehome my ferrets when my son became allergic to them. I really love that their dog boarding and cat boarding areas are on completely opposite sides of the clinic from each other!”
“My 10lbs pup was attacked by an unleashed german shepard. He suffered five broken ribs and pnumothorax. Dr Mitchell at the Largo, FL location diagnosed and provided the proper treaments for our pup to be comfortable and heal. Pup spent the night at a Pet Hospital and released the next day. Our pup will continue to go to Banfield for treatments. Dr Mitchell and the entire staff are professional and caring. The office is clean, and welcoming.”

The establishment's waiting area was clean, and when I asked to drop my cat off today and go over the questions over the phone due to a work meeting, they happily accommodated me. This meant a lot to me because it respects the pet owner's time and really demonstrates compassion.
The vet herself clearly takes her field very seriously and treats all her animal patients as individual pets, not just a number on a chart. In my opinion, that is astoundingly rare in the medical field as a whole, and something I personally commend her for.
Sheogorath's care was taken seriously, while the team was also understanding of our budget, checking in whenever additional testing or medications were needed. It's very refreshing, especially in today's economy, to see a veterinary office so considerate of a very real hardship many people are facing and so communicative about costs with the owner.
We will definitely be returning to this Banfield. I truly appreciate everything Dr. Schimmel and the entire team have done for Sheo and I.”

“My granddaughter, Portia,brought her 17 year old coco into be seen. The staff and vet that treated her were so attentive and kind. They did everything they could to help her get better. Coco crossed the rainbow bridge and is in a better place now. This office and staff are some of the most caring people I have ever seen. They are a great team.”
