I have been taking my daughter since she started using glasses. Everything was fine, the service in general, until now Derek treated us very poorly, I left the place with more questions than answers.

Everyone was very kind which I give credit there. However, they did not tell me the truth of what I could do that would be more budget friendly for me as a senior citizen. For an eye exam, lenses, and inexpensive frames plus my allotment of $300 from CarePlus Ended up costing me over $200.00. Another friend that has the exact same plan as me went a month ago and all it cost them was $20 for exam, glasses frame, and lenses with eyes that are worse than mine just saying. Is it because I’m a female or is it because I’m a senior citizen or is it because of both because I’m really upset?

This place was a true waste of money and time for glasses. First their staff was condescending during my glasses selection and for process (I asked a question about what they suggested and they said it would be too technical for me to understand the reason). Then when I got my glasses they had the EXACT problem I told them I didn’t want. When I returned they told me I’d either have to buy an accessory for the glasses, or change the frame completely. Within weeks of buying brand new glasses. I’ve worn glasses most of my life and have never had such poor service. How do you mess up glasses? Don’t answer that. You might as well buy your glasses from somewhere else or even online, instead of going here.

I've been satisfied with the glasses I have gotten, it's the service that's unreliable. Wanda, one of the managers, does a great job. One of the other associates cheated me out of $140 in insurance benefits.

arrived early to my appointment and i was skipped by two people, one of them being a walk-in. I waited 45 minutes and asked the front desk about it and they did nothing to resolve the issue and no apology. won't be coming back here if i can help it. with how long i waited i could've driven to a different location for better service
