“A few months ago I was encouraged by a friend to try BOOSTme so I thought "why not." For a few weeks I didn't notice much difference. But after that I started noticing things changing. For years, I've dealt with chronic fatigue and with BOOSTme that seemed to be going away as I had more energy, my sleep was better, I was happy and energetic. Then I started noticing that I was having a lot of hot flashes and night sweats, which I hadn't had in years. I've been on hormone creams for years to control that, so I "knew" something was wrong. I was tested and found out that my hormone levels were high, which meant too much in my body. I was able to cut the hormone creams in half and I was recently told by my naturopath doctor that I may be able to get off of all hormones soon. The only thing I can attribute that to is BOOSTme as I haven't changed anything else. This is one supplement that I won't stop. I used to be tired most of the time but now I can work from 8am to midnight with a 45 minute nap in the afternoon and I only sleep 7 hours per night. Before BOOSTme I was sleeping 9-10 hours a night (if I could even get to sleep) and taking 1 to 2 hour naps in the afternoon. But the main thing about the sleep is that when I lay down I'm asleep within minutes and not having to take all kinds of supplements to relax me enough to get to sleep! This stuff is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone!!Darlene S”
