The lazy pharmachy tech refused to start a prior authorization for my father's medication (who is a disabled cancer patient) and now he is very sick and we have to go to CVS. Who supervises these pharmacists? I'm absolutely dumbfounded.

This afternoon I went for a Covid-19 test to this location and spent an hour and a half trying to get it with no avail. The ladies in the pharmacy tried to help me but there's something wrong with their system connecting with the insurance companies. I have a good insurance, I've already had two CPR tests before at CVS that went smoothly, I'd even called my insurance company during the process and they also couldn't understand what was the problem on the other end (in Walgreens) because their system kept rejecting the claim. If you want a Covid- 19 test (or maybe any other test) I wouldn't recommend you going to Walgreens, it may be a waste of time and a lot of frustration.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are disorganized + rude. Made filling my prescriptions a difficult experience rather than a helpful one. Not all Walgreens are like this. This one just happens to be horrible.

9:28am Your young female employee could not have been more rude to an elderly woman this morning. I walked out and left my 100.00 purchase on the counter.

So. Go in to get script filled, as I have gotten many of them filled there for years. Starting out, girl turns around from computer and very rudely says I will be with you in a minute. Ok. After a couple minutes she comes up and I say how are you doing today ? No reply. Ok. So me being the customer and I ask you how you are doing you rudely have no reply. Ok. She then proceedes to look at my scripts. One for muscle relaxer, one for pain. With a discusting look on her face , as if I were a drug addict or something proceeds to tell me it will be a hour & a half for script to be filled and she wants to see my license. License, no problem. The law requires it. I understand that. But being a rude b***** I don't think so. Would they treat a customer like that if they were simply getting , let's say insulin ect .... I think not. Well f*** you Walgreens. You think you are the only pharmacy in town ? LMFAO. All my prescriptions will now be filled by CVS. F*** you !!

On hold to speak with the pharmacy for over 35 minutes! Seriously not acceptable. When someone finally answered they were answering is abrupt, & less than helpful. A little customer service in tome & responsiveness can go a long way. Now I understand the decline in customer reviews for this neighborhood pharmacy. If I weren't so sick I would go someplace else. :(
