I've been trying to find out if I had already had a shingles vaccination as my doctor did not have record of it even though I thought I recalled having it. I checked with the CVS I normally use and was told there was no record. I called this Walgreens and was told it was not in my records but she (didn't get her name unfortunately) would be happy to check the state records of vaccinations and she found that a doctor had taken care of this several years ago. But, she said I was eligible for the new vaccine and my regular CVS could take care of it since my insurance requires I use CVS. Very helpful.

Why are there 2 locations at the same spot on the map. One says it is closed and the other says it is open. Very confusing.

The worst experience ever. The staff is extremely rude and if you go through the drive through prepare to wait at least 20 minutes before they even acknowledge you.

When we moved here we started going to this location and haven't been to impressed. We've see better WG locations back home. It's not the worst location, but has a lot of room for improvement. As far as the pharmacy goes: I take care of my mom who is a senior. She started picking up her medication here and getting vaccinations when needed, but it seems like you are bothering them every time you go here and it's hard communicating with some of the employees. We now go to another location to get her meds or medical needs. If I have such need for these things I'll be going elsewhere as well. I hope they can get better because this is the closest on to my home.

The pharmacy is pretty terrible. My insurance requires we fill prescriptions at Walgreens and my husband and I both are ready to look for a Walgreens further away from our home because although this is the closest, it's the absolute worst experience every single month. The people who work at this pharmacy are so unpleasant and I cannot understand why. The amount of times we are snapped back responses for simple questions is unnecessary.

The pharmacy wait is horrible. The pharmacy staff are always in a bad mood, very transactional and lack customer service skills. I used to be employed by Walgreens and never had such a bad experience at a Walgreens before. This experience is only in the pharmacy area. This should be the primary focus especially when most customers in this area are not feeling well or need some extra TLC. ***Update-4/24/21- The pharmacy staff do not follow mask guidelines while filling your prescription and while communicating with co-workers behind the counter. ***Update-01/13/22- Still the same very bad experience only in the pharmacy. Staff not wearing masks while filling scripts and very rude. I highly recommend King Pharmacy & Compounding. I visited them today and a total 360 experience from Walgreens. No waiting, scripts are cheaper, staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. It's located just down the street at 31201 US highway 19 N!!

Maritza was extremely unpleasant. No hello or farewell was given even after being prompted; a simple "you too" would have been better than her scoff and eye roll. Sorry I needed to checkout and I disturbed you.

I usually stop here on my routes during work and came in today to get some teas, usually I get it by the case and today I come in to get few bottles and the worker said I couldn't buy any. So I explained to her I always come in to buy them and told her that I always buy them here by the case and now I can't get any. So she started fumbling her words and tried to get me to come back and buy them told her I'd take my business else where.

I am fixing my review on Walgreens. I called there to see if my doctor sent my prescription there and if he did to see if it was ready or when I could go get it. The guy in the pharmacy answered and asked me to spell my name and while I was doing that, cut me off and said: give me your date of birth...I asked him why he interrupted me and was being rude to me, he hanged the phone on me. I called back and he answered and I asked why he hanged the phone on me. He said he did not. I called back again and asked for the manager and Cory come on the phone and my mistake was that the guy was trying to say he was the manager. First I had no idea that Cory is the manager and wrongly interpreted that he was the guy on the pharmacy that just decided to hang on me after being rude and after I asked him why he was being ru. For the guy in the pharmacy that did that all I can say cuddles to you...as For Cory, I apologize because you have a terrible employee that does not respect people or management. Like I said before: getting my meds for heart is not important when somebody treats you without any respect.

This is one of the better Walgreens that I've been to in the area. The pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. I had some problems with insurance, doctor, and some medications. The pharmacy went above and beyond to help me solve the issues, even though it wasn't their job. I pass 4 other Walgreens in order to visit this location.
