This pharmacy uses to be good. They are not anymore. They have become uninterested and very disorganized. Almost impossible to get help over the phone. This is a real disgrace and I have no choice because my insurance requires I use them. How unfortunate for me.

I finally switched pharmacies today. Had enough of this place . If you go there for a vax almost makes no sense to bother with an appt because I waited 45 min last time and today I was there on time and there were 5 people ahead of me . Again at least 30 min wait . I drove across the street to CVS and got right in , no appt and no wait . Hey Walgreens mgt , some advice, if you can't figure out your scheduling issues then don't offer it as a service.

I keep vowing to change pharmacies and I'm officially doing that today. Got multiple calls saying my prescription was ready. Drove here on Monday to pick it up. Was told it was not ready and they would get it ready by Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and I went to pick it up. Was told it's not ready. I asked why they said it would be and was not. "It got hung up in the computer". Waited 10 minutes with cars behind me while they made it. This is not the first time this has happened to me. They are regularly rude, have bad attitudes and generally seem miserable to work there. I don't know why this particular Walgreens continues to suck at the pharmacy but it does.

Our regular pharmacy - because of location, but consistently unable to perform necessary services.

Recently switched to this pharmacy since I moved. They drag their feet filling prescriptions. Took four days to get a refill. After I showed up in person, they finally scrambled to get it ready. Really not smart to make people miss doses of their meds.

One customer in the store order than me. Left me standing at checkout for ten minutes, walking away as I approached counter to do God knows what. Then after all that refused to take my 20 dollar bill, inferring it was counterfeit. Not worth your nerve power. Shop elsewhere.

Just leaving a 5-star review because apparently a bunch of Karen's and their whipped husbands got together to badmouth this Walgreens for some reason. Haters gonna hate, I guess. This Walgreens is awesome, and so are the employees.

Thinking that we would make things more efficient my wife had an appointment at 10:45 and I had an appointment at 11 o'clock to get a Covid test. We showed up at 10:50 and waited in line for 10 minutes until the person in front of us cleared the window. By the time we arrived at the window it was 11 o'clock. There we waited for three minutes while Tori completed a bunch of paperwork. By the time she looked up and spoke to us it was 1103. It was now beyond the 15 minute window for my wife to get her test. She then advised she would have to talk to a manager to see if she could do her test. We did this to be more efficient. At CVS they were happy to do this at a previous time when we combined the two of our Tess. But not Walgreen! Not only did they not do her test but they got approval for us to do my test then go aroundAnd wait in line behind four other cars just to do her test. This power-play by Tori and the management at this store is despicable. I will never return to the store and recommend you never get your test here.

I wish I could leave a review without leaving even a single star. This Walgreens is poorly managed. You won't receive insured meds because it turns they've already run them through insurance, they just didn't deliver them. Things are always pending until you fall and demand wtf is happening. At least 2 technicians are cows-- actual cud chewing cows. The in store music system is designed to make you scream. Rather than put a BOGO sticker on every item why not just put a few in the aisle? Is there an organizing principle for how things are put on shelves? It's not alphabetic Ugh. Hate.

Was on hold for a long time through automated system...."employees helping another caller"... finally they answered to say can I put you on hold?... said yes. Waited, line starts ringing forever, no one answered I hung up. End of story

Just took my #ebike to Walgreens to pick up medicine, but they denied my use of the drive through service. "Corporate policy...a safety hazard," she rudely said. Oh my. So I parked (at least they had a good rack), masked up and went inside. Sigh. C'mon @Walgreens Apparently it's not a corporate policy, or is interpreted/applied differently.

Pharmacy is not well managed. They don't accept GoodRx even though the GoodRx says they do. I told the cashier I also had GoodRx and also drug insurance . Charged me full retail, when I protested she said it's done now.

I have never written a negative review because I really try to stay positive in life... but the pharmacy here is horrible. They have messed up almost every one of my prescriptions and every time I've tried to call to check on anything, I wait on hold for over 30 minutes until I finally just hang up. When I do go in, they are nice but not organized and I usually have to come back again before finally getting the prescription. Just a word of caution that you don't want to have your prescriptions sent here unless you want to wait a week for them or they drastically change their customer service. My insurance changed me over from CVS and I miss CVS so much.
