This Walgreens location consistently has what I’m looking for every time I go and the restrooms are clean, well-lit, and have soap at the sinks!

My review is of the pharmacy. They are wonderful and knowledgeable and on point. Any issues I have ever had were with insurance or prescriber, not the pharmacy itself and they have always done what they could to help. They always try to get the lowest price for you. I have been using them for a very long time and always appreciate the outstanding job they do.

They always have super sales on alot of items I use regularly. Such as Pepsi and Coke 12 packs, chips, candy, snack foods. Also cereal both hot and cold. Over the counter medicine such as Tylenol, vitamins, Neosporin, Band Aids. They even carry brand name earbuds, & headphones. I have purchased everything I mentioned on sale. Alot of which was BOGO with in the past 3 monthes. Oh yeah my very favorite is the (as seen on TV section)

They lost a prescription that was called in on 5/8 causing me to have to call a doctor and explain the situation to have a new script called in.....which is frustrating. Doctor even confirmed last script was called in 5/8. Went with a different walgreens to have it filled. Wont be coming back here for anything.

The cashier Jalisa did a great job with the line she had, greeted me when I arrived, and looked like she enjoyed her work. The shelves were semi-stocked, but short supply with delivery I assume is the cause, so no points taken off there. The store was clean and I found what I needed.

Literally the second time I've set my things down and just walked out of this location JUST within two months of each other. It is so infuriating coming in here and never being able to find what I need and once I do decide okay I might as well just buy what I have and go elsewhere for the rest, you get the pleasure of waiting behind quite a few people all while 1 register is open. And to top it off speed is not the cashier's strong suit. I worl retail myself and can't imagine this being acceptable. I haven't come here since my last walk out and won't again after today.

Edit-I feel as though at this point walgreens has grown too big. The pharmacists take it upon themselves to act as sort of medication detectives. There hasn't been a time over the past years I haven't had issues almost every time I walk into a pharmacy but this walgreens in particular is bad. It causes confusion to no end bc the pharmacist never consult with the prescribing physician. It turns out they are breaking several laws with their "regulations." Number one they are breaking anti discrimination laws. If you have a disability or require a controlled substance they will discriminate against you by making it near impossible to fill prescriptions for one reason or another. This isn't by chance. It is intentional on walgreens behalf as they would prefer you go down the road with any controlled substance.. but they won't just tell you that. Bc they know they are breaking the law.... They will just simply make your life miserable, intentionally until you go somewhere else on your own.Which brings me to my next point... The ANTITRUST laws they are breaking. Not only will they not allow you to transfer your prescription somewhere else anyways... they have basically taken over as a monopoly at this point so There is no where else to go. Local pharmacies can't possibly compete with a corporation. Especially one that receives the amount of government subsidies walgreens does. So a recap. That don't want your business. They will do anything they can to not serve you if you have a disability and need a controlled substance. Even if you can find someone else they will refuse to transfer your prescriptions there if you've already given walgreens the paper..Lastly let's talk about the other ANTITRUST laws they are breaking with their "regulations" it is by tying products together and forcing customers to buy several products just to receive one prescription. If you have several prescriptions and one is controlled substance you must buy them all, from walgreens or they won't fill it. (So often different drugs are cheaper at different places but you aren't allowed to shop and find the best prices for them, walgreens forces you to buy from them) let's remember They also won't transfer your prescriptions if this is a problem for you. Now they will say this is in the interest of regulating controlled substances but in reality it just increases walgreens bottom line exponentially and forces people to buy from them. This is against the law. Flat out. And they know it.Someone needs to file a lawsuit. They know exactly what they are doing. Mostly it is praying on low income or elderly individuals. It is only a matter of time before someone does file a lawsuit. Walgreens actually knows this and is completely ok with it. They don't care bc at the end of the day their profits will be 10 fold what the lawsuits cost them.To say the least I don't think walgreens is where "health meets happiness" in reality it is where "capitalism meets healthcare" these are two completely different things.
