This is one of the best pharmacies that I've ever been to and I won't go anywhere else. The main reason is Melissa. She is such an asset to the pharmacy. She is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and she also has a great personality which never hurts! Jackie is also awesome! Melissa goes out of her way to help whether it be about the Walgreens plan or other discount prescription plans and she always finds a way to make it seamless. I really believe that she has the patients best interest in mind! I highly recommend this location of Walgreens pharmacies ! Thank you so much to Melissa and the team!

On 3-24-2023 Monday my doctors office called in a prescription to the Walgreen pharmacy on N. Belcher Rd. in the morning hours. on Monday late afternoon I went to Walgreens pharmacy to pick up my prescription only to be told by the clerk that my prescription would not be delivered to Walgreens until Tuesday afternoon after 2 PM. I questioned the clerk as to why only to be told that because the CVS which is also located on Sunset point Road that went out of business has caused Walgreens to have a back load in prescriptions and that they farm out the prescriptions to a clearinghouse so I waited till Wednesday morning to pick up my prescription only to be told again the prescription is not in should be on the truck this afternoon after 2 PM my question is what does Walgreens and CVS have to do with each other and their prescriptions, I’m going to pursue this matter further with the BBB and try to reach out to the Walgreens corporate office and take this to the news media. My main concern is that I’ve been three days without my medication. Thank God it’s not heart medication and it makes me wonder what do the older people do, but have to wait 2 to 3 to 4 days for their prescriptions to show up at Walgreens when it was never that way before.

This is a great Walgreens! The store is always neat and clean, fully stocked with intriguing items. The pharmacy is always busy but the team works hard and truly cares about your wait time. Jackie and honestly the whole team goes above and beyond, even during the hectic times, and still give service with a smile! Highly recommend this store and pharmacy!

A couple of weeks ago my girlfriend & me were in the store to get a massive amount of pictures developed. Ashley was quick to assist us. She helped us get set up, continued to check on us, and helped us retrieve our coupon code. She also followed up with us the next day to confirm that our order was ready. Ashley is to be commended for her excellent customer service in a world that is sorely lacking in it. We will continue to shop here because of her.

We just moved here from Nashville where pharmacies try their best to fill prescriptions the day after a script is submitted…at the latest. So I was shocked to arrive at this Walgreens on Belcher on a Thursday to find they had not yet started to fill meds phoned in on Monday! The lady hurriedly filled it as I stood there and when I commented it had been 4 days, she snapped back at me, “Well, it’s ready now.” Unacceptable! Will not use them again.

The lazy pharmacist refused to start a prior authorization for my father’s medication (who is a disabled cancer patient) and now he is very sick and we have to go to CVS. Who supervises these pharmacists? I’m absolutely dumbfounded.

Worst pharmacy and the pharmacist are the worst. They refuse to fill medications according to their comfort zone when real doctors wrote the scripts. I have lived here 2.5 years and I have been getting same medication for 18 years but this particular pharmacy gives me issues all the time. Wether they aren’t comfortable with dosage or it’s they need doctor to write DOB on script and complete address like there is room. I can drive up street to cvs or any other pharmacy and no issues. Just ridiculous!

Shocked at the poor customer service in th pharmacy. I really felt like I was an inconvenience to the employees. Luckily, my disappointment in the back was soon forgotten at check out. Such a friendly associate!

I never really write reviews, but I wanted to warn anyone else who has a disability such as ADHD or chronic depression. This location is not ADHD/depression friendly. I was able to fill my medications for both here last month, but this month I was denied both medications and the only reason I was given was that the pharmacist “isn’t comfortable”. Why were they comfortable giving me my medications that literally help me function last month, but this month is different? I now have to go without these medications and experience chemical imbalances in my brain all because the pharmacist just decided not to fill my perfectly valid script. I’m not even angry, I’m just horribly stressed and upset, and scared in anticipation of what stopping both medications cold turkey until I can find another pharmacy to fill them will do to me. I just want to save someone else from this stress. If you are medicated for depression or ADHD, look elsewhere for filling your meds.

This afternoon I went for a Covid-19 test to this location and spent an hour and a half trying to get it with no avail. The ladies in the pharmacy tried to help me but there's something wrong with their system connecting with the insurance companies. I have a good insurance, I've already had two CPR tests before at CVS that went smoothly, I'd even called my insurance company during the process and they also couldn't understand what was the problem on the other end (in Walgreens) because their system kept rejecting the claim. If you want a Covid- 19 test (or maybe any other test) I wouldn't recommend you going to Walgreens, it may be a waste of time and a lot of frustration.

It's quick and easy. No more expensive for certain products than a grocery store. You can pick up a RX at time.
