Pharmacist Steve is a liar. I assume he lied because my prescription was a compounding mixture- Magic Mouthwash- which takes 5-10 min to mix and he didn’t want to bother with it. I verified with my Dr on the phone they sent the refill almost 24 hrs prior. First he said he didn’t have the ingredients to mix it. Then he changed his story quickly and said we have it, but ‘I didn’t have a refill’. My dr ended up having to call him to make him do his job. During the entirety of my time at the window, he kept putting the phone down at the so he didn’t have to speak with me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIND A NEW JOB STEVE!

Dropped of a prescription on Tuesday at 3 for 1hr pick up. My boyfriend was having surgery today and we wanted to make sure his meds were ready by the time he was done. It wasn’t ready so we went back at 10 this am They said it would be done at 2 today, it’s not and it’s now 6pm I’ve been on hold 2 time because no1 will answer and they just hang up after waiting 20 min….. they could have sent the script anywhere or told us they couldn’t fill it now he’s been out of surgery since 12and no pain meds. And HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be pulling all my scripts and going elsewhere this is crazy.

How does a pharmacy randomly close? And not call clients who received a text stating their meds are ready??? Never will use Walgreens again. Oh also-they werent willing to transfer my med to another pharmacy despite their error.

I just want to say how disappointed I am with this Walgreens I came in and asked if I could use the restroom and was told not this late at night 8:25pm wtf it’s shut down at night ok not spending my money there anymore

I’m giving this location 5 stars specifically because of the cashier, Kenya. She was delightful— very welcoming, professional, & kind. I would give more stars if I could; I will be back because of her outstanding customer service!

This is unacceptable the bathroom is closed at 5pm. In all this area someone who is on vacation can expect that all restrooms in this area is closed. Unacceptable for customers

They must be short staff today 6/9 at 3:30pm. I was on hold for about 15 minutes total. The phone kept ringing back. Someone picked it up then put me right back on hold without saying anything. That happened about 3 times. At the 4th time they just picked up then hung up.

I made an appointment for a Covid test online. When I arrived at the store, they didn't have any tests. Why is this location available for appointments if they don't have it. With a fever, a cough and feeling unwell, I have to travel around the city and find out which stores have the test available, because... online shows Walgreens has tests everywhere. I tried to call the pharmacists directly at different stores, but it is impossible, after 20 minutes of waiting, the pharmacists do not answer the call, or they will connect you with a support service from other country, which tells you that you must call the store directly. Walgreens is useless!

it's really a terrible pharmacy, it's so bad here, I had to involve the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) as this pharmacy canceled a refill of my prescription that my doctor had sent them. I've also filed a discrimination suite against them as well. ZERO compassion from these people who work in the pharmacy. I have also contacted their corporate office as well.
