I am a disabled person I have been visiting this particular Walmart recently and I had some problems at the self-checkout Lane on several occasions probably more than and I wanted to ensure that the employee that stands out above all others even though I've been helped by many employees here I would like to recognize a nice woman that is usually in the self-checkout area her name is CC I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT HER OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT SHE IS FABULOUS AND SHE PREVENTED ME FROM HAVING A PTSD TRIGGER WHILE I WAS SHOPPING DUE TO HER PATIENceSO I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY..THANK YOU CC????

Sundays are far too busy, and many items out of stock. One cashier open and the rest all self-serve. Still a long wait to check out. I'll never go there on a Sunday again. That said, about $2.50 less than Publix for a quart of Häagen-Dazs ce cream.

Placed an order for pick up and once again, order had missing item. Conveniently it is always the more expensive items that are left out. This has happened countless times. Why I have continued shopping here is beyond me but today was the last time. When I called to request a credit on my credit card I spoke to Erin an associate in pick up who failed to or maybe was simply too ignorant to know that you should put a customer on hold before you begin talking about them as well as allowing the customer to hear your fellow associates talking about paying their bills and other personal information. She then returns to the phone to tell me her manager said there is nothing they can do to assist me with getting my chicken or credit to my card that I need to call an 800 number. When I asked her name again just to verify I had it right, she proceeds to hang up on me. This store by far has the worst customer service and the rudest employees. A direct reflection on the store manager and area manager not addressing unprofessional behavior. I am aware that Walmart is not the best to their employees (I have several family members in management) but to hang up on a customer is unacceptable. I called back and spoke to Marissa who said she would send my item out with their delivery driver which was kind of her but the problem with constant mistakes on pick up orders and the bigger issue of an employee talking about a customer while they are on the phone and hanging up on a customer remains. There is an Aldi and Publix directly across the street. Plenty of other options than putting up with Walmart taking my money by not providing all of my groceries and then dealing with the unprofessional employees. They do not care how they inconvenience customers. Imagine how much money Walmart is stealing from people who shop from them if every person doesn't receive one item or more on their pick up or delivery orders and customers just let it go. No more. I will never shop at Walmart again. Cancelling Sam's Club as well.

Filthy store and rude employees. Placed an order for pick up and received a message that 6 out of 17 items were out of stock. Drove to store to pick up order and went inside to find substitutes for what was "out of stock" and 4 of the items were IN STOCK. Have the order pullers not been trained or does this store enjoy inconveniencing customers? First and last time.
