THIS STORE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! For curbside pickup, the workers have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever they need training, they also purposely ignore your calls. WORST STORE TO ORDER CURBSIDE!!!!!! They don’t try to help customers and they LIE, one of the curbside reps told me they don’t have managers there when I asked to speak with a manager.

Do not go here. One of the worst Walmarts I’ve ever been to. Do whatever it takes to go elsewhere. There is a Super Target close by and other Walmarts not too far away. Very sketchy people shopping here. The store feels dark and dirty. The lines are always outrageous!! Go at your own risk!!!

I will continue to shop Walmart but it would be nice to find an employee that speaks English I mean this is America and I don't speak Spanish but I would appreciate some by help once in awhile. You can't even get them to get you something off a high shelf. They all say NO ENGLISH and this includes all the stores I visit in Hillsborough and Pinellas county

I just got back from this Walmart and I was with my family shopping. It was my mom my little brother who is 15 and my sister who is 12 I came a min after to the self check out and my family was paying at the self checkout next to me. My little sister told me the worker a old lady with a bob blonde hair cut and a black head band. She cussed at my little brother just bc he didn’t go to the checkout she wanted him to go and my little sister heard it. She started talking and laughing with her coworker and pointing. This is insanely crazy I’ve been shopping here and never had a problem until now with them and honestly I will be contacting corporate and reporting her cz these were minors and she thought she was slick.

Very very poor customer service from manager Chyna .. was extremely rude not honoring a word for word 3.00 coupon and then said it wasn’t the right product when it was exactly as on the dish soap which my mother purchased hers 2days ago same store.. the sad part is the customer service bc she was in a very state of mouth and smacking her gum.. so me and my community will know DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART BECAUSE MANAGER CAN NOT DO HER JOB .. she walked away heaving the cashier wondering if she was coming back then I went to talk with her to ask what is the difference in the coupon and on the bottle same exact thing she smacked the gum and walked away.. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I think it's ridiculous that I go to ask a employee at this or probably any walmart location now a simple question and they don't do not speak English......... so now I guess we need to ask if they speak English before proceeding to ask the location of something in a store........

Be VERY careful ordering anything online. You will be charged if any item is available in your order- no way to cancel- driver ignores your call. Costs me $40 to ship 10 lemons - Store is committing FRAUD by stating items are in stock- charge you for shipping- then mysteriously its not. Shameful.

After explaining to the nasty gray blonde haired overweight woman at the self checkout that I was having a panic attack she continued to verbally attack me until I freaked. I have post-traumatic stress syndrome and having that woman come at me after I announce to her that I have an issue was completely unprofessional. Please train your people to be courteous to the customers
