I bought a lightbulb on clearance that was Phillips. When I got home, it was great value. All that I wanted was the proper lightbulb. I spoke to a team lead who was actually decent, then came the coach who was less than pleasant. They gave money back, but instead of replacing the defective product made threats to me in a very aggressive tone. Her exact words were "this matter is over." I assured her that this was not the case and that I will be reaching out to both 1800walmart and social media. They were clearly in error by not checking their product, nor showing customer service. The intention was only to get the product that I paid for. Walmart used to be a decent company. But this location is garbage. If you want to be treated right, go to the neighborhood markets. Getting help at this super center is a waste of time.

Use to be a decent Walmart but between empty shelves high prices homeless people in and out no customer service and if you ask it like it is a bother done shopping here it's not the worst but it's right up there to a close second no wonder why people steal from here!

This Walmart is a complete joke. Management, who came to solve a problem for another customer, offered to help me. That woman, needs to be Retrained, she’s unaware that Walmart cashes payroll checks. Every Walmart in the country cashes all forms of payroll checks, handwritten or not. If the check is a legitimate payroll check then it should be cashed. This store needs to address this immediately, she needs to be retrained. Her customer service was poor and I will never come back here ever. My only regret is I didn’t take her name so I could stick this complaint to the under qualified person in question. This took place at customer service at approximately 7:25pm on 3-07-2025 as a corporation do your due diligence and address this issue. The cherry I leave you with is, this took place after I had already waited 10 minutes. Ridiculous!!!!

Decently situated close to me, but the self-checkout situation is going really downhill. It seems that now every time I shop here there's less and less self-checkout lanes open. Often times they'll close one entire side of the store's self-checkout lanes. I've gotten conflicting reasons from multiple associates and it's just frustrating to see it come to this when self-checkout was freely available for months (if not years) in the past. It's only recently been like this.

I stopped by this walmart to get some feminine hygiene products and a flower pot. It was around 9:30 pm and the "home" door was closed, so the grocery side was the only door open. After walking across the entire front of the store (without stopping) over to the garden isle, I stopped to grab the pot l wanted, and noticed a man enter the isle shortly after me and start to linger a few shelves away from me. He was wearing a utility belt and a large black jacket with "security" written in white all over it, so I assume he was asset protection/walmart security. I didn't think much of it, chose my flower pot, and made my way over to the pharmacy/hygiene area to grab a box of tampons. On my way there, he followed about 5 feet behind me, taking the same turns and going through the same empty isles.
In the feminine hygiene section, he stood next to the shelves of pads and continued to watch me pick out a box of tampons. I tried to look around for a second before picking one because I was beginning to feel uneasy, hoping he'd walk away... he didn't, and started loosely pretending to straighten up adult diaper boxes. I just chose a box and left the section.
I continued to feel uncomfortable as he followed me to the checkout area, (the closest checkout being 1 of 5 open self checkouts near the grocery section on the other end of the store) where he leaned against a nearby closed register while I waited. After completing my purchase, I noticed him standing by the wall near the exit. When we made eye contact and I said hello, he just stared back. Yet, an employee at the door encouraged me to leave without a receipt check, and I was able to exit with no further question.
This experience left me puzzled and uneasy. I am not a thief and purchased every item I touched. It’s clear this location has theft concerns, but it’s concerning that customers are treated with disrespect and suspicion to this extent. The store is poorly stocked, disorganized, and understaffed, which only adds to the frustration. Management needs to address these issues before they drive away paying customers and are left with only thieves. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Clean store, but the layout is strange. Had to search out kitchen items that happened to be near the grocery items.

( IMOO). You know what is funny and sorta disappointing having to get change for your cash back at a Publix because Walmart claims they can't change your change I didn't want a $20 so you'd think I could go to customer service and ask for two tens or a ten and a five or some quarters so I could use watermill nope lol 😆😆😆
