I moved all my accounts from BofA to Waterfall (business and personal). I'm so glad I did. Personal service, meets all my business as well as personal needs, pleasant staff, no hassles, I'm very satisfied and glad I made the switch to Waterfall

I recently moved my small business banking from a large national bank chain to Waterfall Bank. I made the move as I wanted a more personalized banking experience. The Waterfall team was friendly, highly professional and very responsive to any questions I had. The overall in person and virtual banking interactions have been a very pleasant experience.

I was one of the original depositors. I have been banking at Waterfall for 6 months. I was looking for a local bank, both for customer service and trust (considering the not too distant scam at Wells Fargo).One of the Waterfall owners and one from the Board of Directors attended the Grand Opening party. I never got past the local bank manager with Wells Fargo.I have banked at TD, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Chase in my 37 years in the area. Customer service at Waterfall is far beyond any of my prior experiences. They have a call center at the Bank after hours and Sundays should I need service after banking hours. They have a modern ATM, or I can use my debit card at any Publix or 7-11. The Waterfall Bank website is clean and simple yet full service and secure, and easy to navigate. I am able to download transactions into Quicken, and upload images of checks deposited or of statements into transactions. I pay most of my bills online on the Waterfall website.They have available safe deposit boxes at the Bank. The tellers Brittany and Patty and customer service rep Abby are friendly & always ready to serve; I have never waited in line. I have never been ignored or told to wait. I am on a first name basis with them. I usually call in advance, and they prepare in advance for my visit. They are always focused on their job when I visit. I have never seen them distracted.The Bank is in a very safe area, across the road from the Belleair CC Golf course. Yet security is heads above other banks. The security guard, Harvey, greets me by name, and I greet him by his name. He escorts me to the elevator and often watches over me in the Bank. He has a firearm for protection. The front door is locked, and usually opened by Harvey. There is a Ring video doorbell if needed to get staff attention. I was even able to meet their IT guy and was impressed with his answers to my questions about security.One of the reasons given me by an owner for opening a new bank is the difficulty in obtaining finance from larger banks. My prior 2 experiences with other banks were poor (never returned phone calls nor followed up) and fair (it took 4x the length of time promised to get the HELOC, and the appraiser they selected was mediocre to poor and redid the appraisal only after I countered it with more appropriate comparables). Waterfall Bank is well-staffed with loan officers and one is assigned to me personally. They are in the Bank and available after hours if need be.In summary, if you are looking for a personable, full-service bank with all the advantages of the large banks, yet none of the aggravations from the big banks' low level employees or suspicions about their integrity, look no further than Waterfall Bank.
