Why have a phone number if you don't answer it?

I love Wawa! I worked for them 45 years ago in Pennsylvania. (Yes, I am that old.)
I am very disappointed in my visit tonight. All 6 half gallon containers of Wawa Half Tea/Half Lemonade were crushed so badly on top you wouldn't be able to pour from them without making a mess. They didn't care. As long as it wasn't leaking. It will leak when you pour from it, but the dismissive attitude bothered me more.
I ordered one sandwich. It was a sloppy mess. They weren't busy. No one was waiting for food when I placed my order after 2am. The staff member threw my sandwich together with a third of the meat hanging out of the ciabatta roll. When I commented to him it was sloppy, he didn't see the problem, though he did offer to remake it. As I didn't want him to waste the food, I declined. I will reorganize it when I get home.
I expect and have always gotten much better service from nearly every visit to any Wawa location.
So disappointing.

I eat here all the time on the go. The chicken salad sandwich was off the hook. I got that for my mom can’t go wrong with it, but I had the new roasted chicken strips and french fries and both were cold. I had to drive back and get refunded nine dollarsand almost 10 bucks wasn’t happy because I love them.

Probably one of the most run down Wawas I been to in a while. Both soda fountains looked dirty, no ice… bathroom was pretty gross, exposed wiring, gum on the wall, missing tiles…

Come on Wawa!!!! I’ve been a loyal customer for years now and all of the sudden every time i come in now your never have my tobacco!!! This is crazy!! And half the time your credit isn’t working on the register. I would say I’m not a wawa fan no more and i won’t be back. I’m not going to keep wasting my time coming there and fighting for a parking spot just for the cashier to tell me they don’t have my tobacco. I’ll just keep going to Thorntons. And $4 for an icee??? That’s outrageous!!!! I can get one at Thortons for $1.

I am a Wawa fanatic!!! I have Wawawa bags, 10 different cups, shirts, hoodies, etc. I am from Philadelphia, where Wawa is most abundant and I have been to so many I can’t even imagine. I spent 12 years in the Clearwater area(2006-2018), I was there when the Clearwater one opened along with Gandy and the others. I come to Clearwater often to see family and actually find it sad going to the Wawa at Gulf to Bay. For lack of a better word, I get SKEEVED out when I go in there. I feel like it is so dirty inside and out that I’m gonna catch something. I really hope the higher ups would stop in the store and see what’s going on. I still have friends in this area who don’t understand why Wawa's is such a big deal because they don’t even want to go in them because of how dirty they are. I will always love my Wawa's, but I don’t think I’ll be going in this one, the countryside isn’t much better, but it is slightly

If you try to buy a normal bundle of bananas here you can look forward to Lamonte ringing you up per banana and if you question WHY A SMALL BUNDLE OF BANANAS ARE $7.50 he will refuse to get help and force you to pay that ridiculous price anyway. Lazy, and useless.

Ordered entemans glazed donuts tonight on door dash along with milk. The milk placed in the bag expires in 24 hours! I bought this for the week not to chug in one day. My donuts are not in the bag. You all HAVE GOT to do better. I'm getting charged for an 8 dollar item I didn't even receive and $4.50 for borderline expired milk. Fix this issue please. Patrons don't deserve it.
