Don't know where else to complain, but you guys have made it such a hassle getting a new card, why can't we get one at the bank anymore? It's ridiculous, I've been waiting for my new card for over a week now..

Wells Fargo Bank is one of the best. The 639 Ft Harrison Ave branch has great customer service. Personal Banker-Mr. JAMONI HOWELL is the person I have worked with and will continue to work with. Professional, Patient, and extremely helpful. I would give him and the staff 10*'s if able. Thank you .

I call (Fort Harrison CW FL branch) to make an appointment for my best friend (who had a stroke). In order to make 2 significant transfers, very courteous they gave me an appointment at 1PM for him. He is a businessman, has been giving business to Wellsfargo for almost 30 years, significant amounts have been deposit on their bank. We came in, the banker that was going to take care of us was not available so another banker JAMONI HOWELL took care of us.
He is young, and there was not manners. My friend was not even taken to a private office, even when his transfer was significantly large, another banker on the other line was called because Jamoni did not know how to do the transaction. He put the other banker (Morgan Stanley) on the line on speaker in the middle of the bank, and allowed him to give delicate information regarding his client (my friend). He was upset because my friend sent a large amount to another financial institution. When he saw the amount then he wanted to send my friend to the senior banker to keep the money at Wells Fargo, in the mean time he was treated badly, because he was sending money to a competitor (Jamoni stated). Jamoni asked my friend to call Morgan Stanley, when all the data was already printed in front of him.
At the end of the two transactions, and my friend stand up with his cane, Jamoni asked him to wait, but he did not even stand up from his chair. My friend was waiting holding from me until Jamoni could get the screen to get the last signature to get an appointment with one of his bankers.
Wellsfargo in Delaware was a caring institution, they care for his clients. My friend moved to Clearwater Florida and started to go to this bank. A banker named Carlos was always super respectful and caring and taking care of his clients.
Nowadays, there is a woke viewpoint, no manners, no standing up, no Mr.... let me help you. It is a reflection of our times. But it is really sad, that an institution that once was so caring, nowadays is so detached from the people it serves. It is not the individual they care for, but the money they transact.
The rest of the staff might be fantastic, but the experience with Jamoni was really poor. I hope he gets corrected and wellsfargo continue to serve with high quality of humanity his clients as a priority, not the money they bring. At the end of the day the person that brings the money, is a human being that deserves to be treated with manners and care.

Haven't used this location until recently, it is close to my work. I have come in for notary services and teller services and sad to say I have had much superior service at this location than at my home branch lately. I would definitely recommend this location

The banker was great. He‘s outstanding in helping us in opening a checking account. IRA was the best. Thank you for helping us today. We appreciated you.

They do what banks do. I don't know what these one star reviews are all about. They have the best online app so going to the branch is my time to socialize with staff who are responsive and helpful.

I went in to this branch a few years ago and it was terrible, long waits, they made an error on a bank wire. Today when I went in it was very much different. People were polite and the branch manager was very good.

There’s a different way to deposit cash on the ATM and it would not take all the cash $785. It only took $45 even though I had fresh 100 dollar bills. This is very inconvenient and the machine thought they were checks.

Drive thru service pathetically slow. Should it take 10 minutes for a quick deposit??

I go this bank daily for work. There are not enough people working at the front or the drive through. Not sure if new management is needed, but when 3 people are standing around looking at people in line, you would think they would take care of customers. This is the slowest bank I have ever been to.

I was just as this location and the service was amazing. Maria & Rosi went out of their way to help me. They were both very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone.

The bank teller didn't think I knew the difference between a withdrawal and a deposit...I went to the bank to deposit $200 in cash. I kept the cash in my pocket and wasn't going to reveal it until they requested it from me.Absolutely embarrassing customer service.
