Too slow . .. !!. Terrible customer service here, long lines unwelcoming and unhappy tellers. Worst place in all the Wells Fargo in the area. I understand why banks are going automated. I would go to a different location if possible.

Worst branch don't go there . People are rude and full of attitude.
Go to main Street dunedin, they are very polite.

I walked in here on Friday 10/6/23 around 3:45pm. No employees or customers visible in building or exterior perimeter offices. I observed two tellers behind the teller line, handling drive though patrons.
I finally see one lone male employee in an office about two to the right of the main door.
I announced that I was here to open a new checking account. He asked if I had an appointment. I didn’t, he replied that I needed one and that he could make me one for Tuesday 10/10/23 (5 days later!) as he smiled and reminded me that Monday was a holiday. I shook my head as I walked out.
I then walked into Chase directly across the street and was quickly greeted with a welcoming smile and went on to successfully open a new account as it should have been done and as it’s always been done!
As I was leaving the banker told me that they were open on Monday the upcoming holiday.
I just shook my head and smiled.

I came in a few minutes before closing to exchange some currency. I felt bad for getting there so close to closing but I had to wait until I got off work. There was a blonde lady at the counter who seemed very irritated by me coming in close to closing and stayed multiple times she was supposed to be off at 5pm. Another woman by the name of Yesenia came to assist me, she was pleasant, not once mentioning the time, no non-verbal I’m annoying by you gestures. I really appreciate her for that. I rarely come into the bank since I started banking with them in 2012. But currency from another country can’t be exchanged many places except your bank. Anyway long story short, thank you for your kindness Yesenia.

I've been using this location for a long time but today was really bad I was not able to cash a $200 Check,my own check.And yes I give them 5 forms of ID.????????????????????.

Today visited this location, because I wanted to make a payment towards my loan. There were no customers inside, but there was about 6 people behind the counter basically doing nothing. One guy asked me what I need help with and I said that my account went overdraft because I didn't have sufficient funds on my banking account yesterday and I would like to make a payment towards my loan, they all start laugh at me, because I was dressed very well and they found it funny.Sad part that this is their real attitude towards their clients and customers. It is at least not professional and very rude. But why would I bother... those guys work at the bank. Never again with Wells Fargo and definitely not this location.
