Brevyn and Renee provided excellent customer service! Very friendly, helpful, patient and kind even though I arrived a few minutes before closing and they helped me even after store closed. They demonstrated going the extra mile and everyone was very courteous even after a long day of work I’m grateful for this team. Definitely a positive experience, highly recommend this location. I’d ignore any low scores and negative reviews because the three employees encountered including the gentlemen who unlocked the door escorting me out all went out of their way to make it a positive experience. Thank you! God bless

ATM stole my check without depositing or attempting to.east bay office and main branches told I have to wait 10 days before they contact me to get it back to be able get it back to cash it .no credit ,no way to check atm etc so now I’m stuck without a check an bills to pay and they won’t even credit my acc for their faulty machines not working properly .for a supposed professional finance company/bank this is just another in an ever growing line of unacceptable processes I’ve endured with them . I will be continuing with the other bank I’ve been at and closing Wells Fargo accounts .should of known after their nice scandal and scamming ways they got caught for and class action law suits they didn’t care about their customers . If you want proper secure service that care ,you won’t find it at Wells Fargo.

Terrible customer service. I contacted the bank about closing my account and needing to pay for an overdrawn account that they instigated. The first person I spoke with was incredibly rude and disconnected the line from me. The second person kept blaming me for my lack of ability to use a mobile banking app. I provided detailed information about downloading the mobile app from the website page that says DOWNLOAD MOBILE APP. I am not d**** I am actually incredibly technologically smart and not incompetent like each representative made me feel. Second, I was told that the bank closed my account. I received no information that my account was being closed. It was reported that an email was sent, but that was never received. Additionally, I was not able to add money to my account due to being unemployed and receiving income. It is impossible to keep money in an account when you have no money. I will be telling all of my friends and family to close accounts that they may have open with Wells Fargo and choose another bank. Terrible customer service. You should be ashamed.
