Terrible customer service. I contacted the bank about closing my account and needing to pay for an overdrawn account that they instigated. The first person I spoke with was incredibly rude and disconnected the line from me. The second person kept blaming me for my lack of ability to use a mobile banking app. I provided detailed information about downloading the mobile app from the website page that says DOWNLOAD MOBILE APP. I am not d**** I am actually incredibly technologically smart and not incompetent like each representative made me feel. Second, I was told that the bank closed my account. I received no information that my account was being closed. It was reported that an email was sent, but that was never received. Additionally, I was not able to add money to my account due to being unemployed and receiving income. It is impossible to keep money in an account when you have no money. I will be telling all of my friends and family to close accounts that they may have open with Wells Fargo and choose another bank. Terrible customer service. You should be ashamed.

Service is terrible. Teller manager is rude and unprofessional. He does not listen but simply gives out forms for clients. I asked for courtesy, but he said "no". Do not bank here. Too much turnover and terrible service

I call the bank only to be out on hold to open a new account and then when it asks if I want to speak with a real human it says you please hold then made me wait 10 minutes just for it to say go online? Screw this.

Why is your lobby closed? Ridiculous. You have to wait in the drive through line forever and then you can’t do certain services so you waste 20 min. No one goes online to check if a banks lobby is open or closed so telling people to check online to find this information out before coming is useless.

Why isn’t the lobby open? We’re not on any covid restrictions. This is insane. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes and the line hasn’t moved. Absolutely absurd for a simple banking transaction.

Is the lobby open or not? One can guess from day to day. If not you receive an enjoyable half hour plus in their drive through. With no other cars there. But it is an excruciating wait.
