“I had to shop for winter boots and Kohl's was my hero! All the other places had already started putting out spring and summer merchandise. I understand this is Florida, but we were having unusually cold weather conditions so the other stores should have kept their winter merchandise stocked. Nevertheless, I found my perfect boots and I was given a great price and my cashier Marie (Maria) from the Bronx was so nice, loved loved loved her and the manager worked his magic with the price! Thank you guys!”
“I went to the Tampa location at first, but while the staff were friendly and welcoming, the selection wasn't that great. So I went to the Clearwater store and wow, what a difference! Great selection of unique hippy-esque clothes, decor, jewelry, incense, candles, even tarot and oracle decks! Prices are what you would expect in a mall, but as others have mentioned, you can get some great deals in clearance. I had a coupon for 20% off, which included clearance items, so I purchased an oracle deck for half the price of retail (sweet!). Plus, they have sales often so you can get some deals that way.
I'm not sure what the 'original hippie' one-star reviewer is complaining about. The staff was very friendly, and I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the store. I will definitely stop in again the next time I'm on this side of the bay.”

“I loathe the mall …so I was already feeling overwhelmed when I walked into Soma to look for a new bra, but they were busy and didn’t acknowledged me so I walked out.
After looking elsewhere for 30 minutes and feeling utterly defeated and quite depressed, I went back to Soma.
This time I was greeted by Moya. She asked how it was going/if I needed help and that’s where I started crying 🤦♀ (yeah - I was having a BAD day). Moya was so gentle and empathetic ( for which I am so grateful). She did my sizing and spent well over an hour providing various styles & options while frequently checking in to make sure I was ok. They were still very busy, but the time, patience, and grace she gave me was outstanding. I did end up finding a bra that works for me and I left with a smile instead of in tears.”
“We stopped here in Jul 2021 and found an incredible outfit for my wife. Haven't had the chance to get back to Clear Water since but stopped by today, sadly it was the weekend and it is closed. Don't fret we will be back during the week to do more shopping soon.”

“I went into the store late last week. Had a great experience. The store was full of people, but all the ladies that were working were attentive to all of us. There were three women in particular one couldn’t have been nicer than the other. One showed me options for myself. When she went on to do another task. “This is hands down the best men’s clothing store on Clearwater Beach. They carry all the premium brands you’d expect to find at a high-end department store: Vuori, SAXX, Johnnie-O, Maui Jim, and many more but with the convenience of a local boutique.
What I love most is that they’re open until 10 PM, so you can spend the day at the beach and shop afterward without rushing. Their inventory is incredible. Every time I stop in, I end up finding something I want, whether it’s clothing, sunglasses, or accessories.

“Ordered a pair of shoes on line, A brand new to me, when they arrived they were too narrow. No problem returning to the store. They credited my account and I reordered next size (again on line) they fit great and the credit showed up in my account right away. Don't you just love getting shoes on sale? Especially, when you're assured you won't get stuck with something that does' fit.”

“When up in the area, I try to stop by to see what new t-shirts they have. I have Freaky Tiki t-shirts that are over 10 yrs old and still look good. FYI, if your a bit chesty, go up a size! They tend to run small in Men's and Women's!”

“I was in there today and met the.most delightful, helpful and by far the best asset to the entire jewelry department JANET! I have had some issues recently with the Fine Jewelry manager and assistant manager but Lisa the store manger was absolutely helpful in remedying those issues. We can shop anywhere for jewelry, and while I vowed to never return here, JANET completely restored my faith in retail customer service. I needed to get a link adjustment on a watch I bought for a gift, was even going to return it and buy it elsewhere, but I didnt. JANET was just the best. I bought another watch from her as well today because of her demeanor and APPROACH! PLEASE MANAGEMENT TAKE CARE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY CARE AND SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!”
“I walked in and immediately greeted. Always a good sign. The associates were approachable. I asked the associates for assistance in locating the same shoe I was wearing as a replacement. The associate Iyan made me feel like a person instead of just a customer to spend money. I explained the situation of what shoe I was looking for. Iyan listened and knew which shoe I needed. After we discussed size they brought out the box. One of the shoes was offered to me to try on to ensure the size was correct because I wasn’t certain on which one I needed. The size tag in my current pair had worn off. I put on the shoe and it fit like a glove. Iyan offered me the other shoe to put on and wear the new pair out of the store. Which I was delighted to do because my current pair were worn out. Iyan shared that I could take advantage of the current promotion as a perfect addition to my new shoes. I happily picked out a brand new pair of socks. I took my socks and Iyan had already placed my shoe box now filled with my old shoes inside at the counter. David the cashier asked about the Vans fan club. I am a member as these are the o lot shoes I wear. Once David entered my login he shared that I have a discount available. He asked if I wanted to take advantage of it now which I happily replied with ‘hell yea’. David applied my discount and gave me the new total. I paid and upon thanking both the associates walked out feeling like a brand new person in my new shoes. * I did the survey and it only limited my response to 1200 characters. I did that. This is experience needs to shared in its full scope. Thank you Iyan and David”
