“I ordered from a different company which took almost 2 weeks. The color was completely different so I called the Sunbrella factory to order because I was in a time crunch. Due to weather, the customer service rep from Sunbrella suggested I order from Patio Lane directly since they are in Florida and there were no weather travel issues. It was just a few moments after closing time on a Friday (and I was unable to talk to anyone) so I ordered from their site hoping I would be able to quickly receive my material I was very happy that it only took a few days to get to me, the color was true and it was packaged perfectly! I am so pleased that I will be ordering from Patio Lane again soon!”

“I purchased a Queen sized ClimateCool Smart Bed from Jake E. at the Clearwater-Countryside Mall Store and I wouldn't shop with anyone else. He was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and I was wavering between a less expensive double (that did not have a cooling function) but would have allowed me more room in my tiny-ish bedroom, but he explained that the cooling function would put an end to my miserable, sweat-drenched, wake-ups in the middle of the night that are costing me precious sleep, so the difference in price became insignificant compared to the much needed rest I would receive. Jake is a stellar sales rep and Sleep Number is lucky to have him. Thank you Jake. This was a big investment but you alleviated all of my concerns. I can hardly wait for the bed of my soon to be sweet dreams!”

“I love this place. Years ago they came out and installed the most beautiful fireplace and shelving in my living room that, to this day, looks brand new and perfect. A couple of weeks ago I asked if they could make me a little shelf unit over my front door and I sent them a pic of what I had in mind and today I picked it up and installed it myself tonight and it’s BEAUTIFUL!!! I love working with Miguel. He’s super nice, always understands my visions and creates my projects for me exactly as I want them. He gets them perfect every time. I love Foam by Design!!!”
“Amazingly friendly staff and a fantastic selection! We love Kirkland’s and came in specifically to browse the holiday decor. Not only did we find the perfect sets of everything we needed, but for the items we couldn’t find a complete set of, the manager, Kelly, went above and beyond. She personally called multiple locations to track down exactly what we needed and even had the store hold the items for us. Kelly was incredibly helpful from start to finish and an absolute pleasure to work with!”

“I went to the Tampa location at first, but while the staff were friendly and welcoming, the selection wasn't that great. So I went to the Clearwater store and wow, what a difference! Great selection of unique hippy-esque clothes, decor, jewelry, incense, candles, even tarot and oracle decks! Prices are what you would expect in a mall, but as others have mentioned, you can get some great deals in clearance. I had a coupon for 20% off, which included clearance items, so I purchased an oracle deck for half the price of retail (sweet!). Plus, they have sales often so you can get some deals that way.
I'm not sure what the 'original hippie' one-star reviewer is complaining about. The staff was very friendly, and I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the store. I will definitely stop in again the next time I'm on this side of the bay.”
“Great People and a Great Product California Closets installed several closets in my home. Recently after doing some rearranging I determined I needed more shelves. I contacted the Sarasota store and worked with Madison who was friendly, patient and went above and beyond to get the shelves. Madison who works at the Production Facility in Clearwater also went above and beyond working with the production manager so my order was completed in a timely fashion. I am grateful for these great people and a great product.”

“I love this particular branch. Employees are always professional and friendly when I visit. The store itself appears organized and clean. I often wish that the changing rooms in the back were still available, but I am certain the store had to change it due to loss prevention. Those bad apples making it bad for all of us. I usually find what I am looking for although I wish a loyal customer would be reminded of those days that allow for certain, i.e. senior, discounts. Not to mention that one would be a senior regardless of the day of the week. Most places give military and first responder discounts, but apply it any time. Maybe a policy change would allow for discounted but more purchases.”
