“I went to the Tampa location at first, but while the staff were friendly and welcoming, the selection wasn't that great. So I went to the Clearwater store and wow, what a difference! Great selection of unique hippy-esque clothes, decor, jewelry, incense, candles, even tarot and oracle decks! Prices are what you would expect in a mall, but as others have mentioned, you can get some great deals in clearance. I had a coupon for 20% off, which included clearance items, so I purchased an oracle deck for half the price of retail (sweet!). Plus, they have sales often so you can get some deals that way. I'm not sure what the 'original hippie' one-star reviewer is complaining about. The staff was very friendly, and I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the store. I will definitely stop in again the next time I'm on this side of the bay.”

He was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and I was wavering between a less expensive double (that did not have a cooling function) but would have allowed me more room in my tiny-ish bedroom, but he explained that the cooling function would put an end to my miserable, sweat-drenched, wake-ups in the middle of the night that are costing me precious sleep, so the difference in price became insignificant compared to the much needed rest I would receive. “Had a great experience when ordering the Serafina sofa that was not available in other stores located closer to me. Keron went above and beyond and even sent me photos of the particular product I was going to be sent to make sure that there was no damage to it before being delivered. Unfortunately, the delivery was far from perfect. It was delivered in a van that it was clearly too big for and the trunk of the van was open all the way from Clearwater to Lithia. It had been raining in consistently all night so I got a sofa in a box that was completely torn to pieces and saturated with water. Add onto that the one delivery guy was not able to move the sofa out of the van on his own so I ended up having to help take the sofa out of his car into my garage. Not the kind of delivery I was expecting. Keron was great, but very disappointed in the delivery service”

I often wish that the changing rooms in the back were still available, but I am certain the store had to change it due to loss prevention. Those bad apples making it bad for all of us. I usually find what I am looking for although I wish a loyal customer would be reminded of those days that allow for certain, i.e. senior, discounts. Not to mention that one would be a senior regardless of the day of the week. Most places give military and first responder discounts, but apply it any time. Maybe a policy change would allow for discounted but more purchases.”

Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
