Dear Aldi Management,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service received at your store On several recent occasions, I have encountered very unprofessional behavior from some of the women working in the customer service area.

Staff was extremely rude. Rushing people to leave so they can leave but then not helping people for a while at self check out when they yell at you to go to self check out. Don't like your job that you have to give attitude then leave and go elsewhere. This will be a corporate phone call as well.

Great prices on most items. Clean store. Buyer be cautious when buying their fresh fruits and veggies. Many items are either use right now or have already past their prime and are unusable. Inspect all fresh fruit and vegetables closely before buying them. Everything else has been great.

I am giving 3 stars to the store,because the new changes with the self service it is a mess, no employees to help to the customer , there r only one employee on the floor and only one cashier helping as well to the self check out

Nice store that while small, has a unique variety of foods! We use Aldis to supplement our trips to walmart/publix to get more variety in our meals.
