Storage facility is very nice. It's clean and paved and well lit. However the best asset that this facility has going for it is Lilly. She is very customer oriented and is a breath of fresh air. She knows the business inside and out. While I know she is busy she never made me feel anything but her top priority. You don't get this kind of customer service anymore. It is refreshing to know that if I have a question or concern Lilly is right there to assist me and always smiling. If I got the opportunity to give 10 stars she would have gotten them. This is a great facility. Big lots with electric hookups for 15/20 Amp essentials. There is plenty of space for backing in and pulling out, and everything is really clean and tidy.All the lots are covered so your RV isn't exposed to the elements, and Jackie is a delight to work with. Extremely proactive and communicative, and helps make coordinating storage really simple.Highly recommend to anyone needing storage in the Orlando area!

Map sends me to a neighborhood behind the facility. Stay on the Pkwy to enter. The gate had issues opening via their app so we had to call an employee's cell phone after hours to be let in.

This place is fantastic! They were so accommodating of our needs. This location is such a nice and clean facility and well secured with cameras. Lilly went above and beyond assisting us and we so appreciated her efforts. I recommend!!

This place is AMAZING!! The staff was Friendly and helpful. The place was kept extremely clean and organized. They had power for our rig. We washed our rig with enough room. We were able to pull right up to the dump station I can’t speak more highly of how easy this was. Loved it!!!!!!!!!
