On time, friendly tech. Found that the water was shut off under the sink and repaired along with in unit valve for water for both icemaker and water.

Andre was fast and knowledgeable. I sincerely appreciated his candor regarding fixing versus just purchasing a new unit. Our washer was on its last leg and while he could fix it, Andre was concerned about the reliability of the brand long term.
