It has been a very nice experience and I know it will be like this until the end of the school year, my daughter is treated very well, the staff is very friendly and above all my daughter's teacher Miss Naomys is excellent with my daughter.

A lot of these positive reviews are from friends who get certain extra benefits and break rules. His place doesn’t even properly staff and the employees don’t even have certification or credits toward certification. The breakfast is microwaved fruit, and such. Who microwaved fruit? Ms. Monica does. A child with allergies is ignored(peanut butter is allowed despite signs) and pizza isn’t offered as stated, it’s a few each child pays for on Fridays. Don’t get started on special needs, they don’t have the staff to deal with this as multiple children are running out of rooms and being chased and caught to bring back. And since they don’t have proper staff, they tend to kick children out. Ask how many times Ms. Wanda has gotten rid of children. Since Ms. Ember can get false reviews posted by her ‘friends’ than I can post for a friend as well. And Ms. Kenya and Ms Jennifer are not even co-teachers so there’s another false review. This place is just greedy for money and it’s no wonder they lost all their Apple accreditations. They lost their VPK funding from state as well. Find a better place for your child, this place is phony and do NOT adhere to ratios either.

My experience was horrible, too many children's for just one teacher. They call you telling you that your child is sick and is not true, just becouse they do not have enough staff

With the new director in place, I am very pleased with how the staff are with my children. Under the old administration, I would have NEVER considered using Aquarelle ever again, however, I was reassured that if I returned my children under the new administration that my children would be treated better, and I have not been disappointed. I have a child that has special needs, and they treat him gently which I can appreciate. My special needs child was the child that got out of the door that the child opened and to think that anything could have happened to him is mind blowing. I was called immediately and was glad that the matter was handled appropriately. The new director and staff have truly earned my trust, so much and so that I enrolled my 3-month-old and he is doing well there too. Mrs. Ember is a professional who cares about the children first and the families also. If I have any issues or concerns, I can definitely talk to her and she will listen and help resolve whatever it is. She is definitely a people person, and you can see the effects and difference that she has made since she has become the director. I am a witness and am ever so glad she is there.

Having two older kids that never attended daycare, I was terrified of sending my twins to one. Ms. Ember the director, gave me a tour, sat down with me and put me right at ease. The twins absolutely adore the staff here. They started at 3 months and are now in the one year old and the growth they’ve shown is incredible. If you’re looking for a safe and loving place for you kids, this is the best place around!

Kicked out my 1 yr old autistic son forOpening a door. Hateful director. Don’t let the good reviews they ask parents to put online fool you. How does a one year-old get kicked out for opening a door? Let that sink in if you go further down, you will see another woman who had her son kicked out for opening a door. It’s a daycare how about you guys Get safe better doors with door knobs that children can’t reach. Sick hateful ppl.

My husband and I have been so happy with our experience at Aquarelle Academy for our baby. He is thriving in the Infant Room and I love how each of his teachers take the time to catch up with us at pick up and drop off. Jenni, Joely, and Serenity care so much for all of the babies and it’s a joy learning from them as a new parent!
