I had 2 separate orders. They forgot the Andes mints for my chocolate mint shake and they didn't add pickles to my sandwich. Then they argued with me. Not a good experience.

The few times I've ever had a food issues they have been quick to help resolve them. Today when my fiancee accidentally bought from the wrong location they took care of her instead of forcing us to drive down to get cold food.

Great place, super clean from what I saw. Guys at the counter (I believe the GM and one of the male workers- Shawn I believe?) were super nice and helpful, I missed an item on my first order and had to make a second order, and they double checked that they were both mine.Food was super good and they had really nice and cheery attitudes!

The Arby's sauce on roast beef sliders & crinkle cut fries made for a nice lunch ~ disclaimer: as a baby boomer, it's a good thing I'm naturally ripped, tall & got the fit genes cause DAMN I enjoi fast-food! THEY HAVE THE MEATS ?

This is a great Arby's location. The quality is always good and I've had no issues with the service. It's an all around good fast food option.

We enjoyed our food and the service! We had a dead battery after going through the drive thru. The owner noticed us and offered his assistance and got us on our way. What a way to go the extra mile!

Worst experience in my life! It’s supposed to be “fast food”, not “slow food” this is not the first time where I was waiting an extreme while in line. I was at the line for 20 min. And not given compensation (including discount/ free food items, or etc.)Extremely unprofessional. Starving and now I missed an important situation at Lowe’s I had to take care of with customer service, as they were waiting for me. I was told it will only be 5 min. Worst lie. Plus I am blocked in with these cars parking and can’t leave! This is ridiculous!! I’m at the window now and “Alexandra “ says “what did you order??” I told her my order and specified I wanted crinkled fries. She then stated , “I accidentally made your order and fries wrong. I made the curly fries instead of the crinkle fries. Give me another moment, and closes the window.” So now I’m waiting even more longer because of (1) a situation that could have been easily avoided and (2) because of a situation that’s not my fault.

This Arby's at four corners is one of the best, especially now that the one in celebration closed. This is my number. One spot for Arby's foods always cook to order so you never getting stale food and as today it's still one of the few places that has hand sanitizer for the customers to use two thumbs up

TERRIBLE. YUCK! AVOID At ALL COSTS. This Arby’s location is the worst. My food was way too salty and it either is undercooked or overcooked. Other than the taste of salt the food was very bland. YUCK!

This location is okay, the staff is nice, but when will arbys stop taking the most popular stuff off the menu? And what kind of company of this size can't make sure that their online platform is updated to show all of their many discontinued products? I'm 100% done with this company and their shrinking menu. Not to mention that the actual food quality has drastically gone downhill.
