We had been dealing with ongoing plumbing issues for several weeks. I even rented a main line snake twice and ran it from inside the house. We thought the issue was resolved, but the backflow happened again the day before Christmas. It was extremely stressful, especially since my family was also dealing with an illness at the time.
I called around and found Ark Plumbing, and they were able to send a technician out right away. He arrived promptly and identified the problem immediately. Tree roots had grown through and broken our main cleanout, causing sewage to back up into our shower and toilets.
Donovan was very polite, answered all of my questions and concerns, and didn’t leave until everything was flowing properly.

Michael came out to fix a burst pipe that was flooding our side yard yesterday morning. He was prompt and worked so hard all day! We really appreciate his hard work and excellent customer service. We will definitely use these guys again and would highly recommend them too!
