Corey is absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service!! Went with my mom to help set up her new phone after switching over from another company and my mom tends to be a tad difficult of a customer. But Corey was very patient and worked with us and even had a few laughs. Definitely deserves the recognition! Thank you Corey!!

Vince Ellis has great customer service skills! He was very friendly and most importantly, he was able to work with my busy schedule. Vince made the whole process very easy and fast! Glad to be a new AT&T customer!

Dave and Vince were amazing. I had so many different issues that needed to be addressed when I walked into the store, which the ATT phone reps could not fix even after 5 hours of being on the phone with them. But within a matter of 30 minutes, Dave and Vance were able to get my phone working and help me with everything else. Don't waste your time calling ATT customer service reps when you have an issue and just see these gentlemen at the store. They have so much knowledge and are much friendlier to deal with.

They were so nice and attentive and calm even when I came in last minute with my toddler before closing time. They quickly helped me replace my phone and start my plan thank you universe!

Excellent service. Even for a customer switching services (due to a move) the store manager Brandon took great care of me.
He was very knowledgeable, knew how to identify the issue and provide a quick fix.
Over the phone I spent over 3hrs. Brandon took less than 40mins to get me ready for my new service.
Highly recommend the drive to the location if you need any customer service assistance. And remember, ask for Brandon!

I was met by a very knowledgeable agent as I walked in the door. She took my order, explained all the options for both hardware and plans. Then she assisted my wife with an APP issue on her phone. She was very nice and professional.

I have been an AT&T customer for many years. Recently, my wife, Susanne, decided to switch from a cut rate carrier and to upgrade her phone and service. We went into the Clermont, Florida, store where I always go with an idea of what we wanted. Dennis Guzman helped my wife select and set-up a new Pixel 8. He did an outstanding job. My wife selected a PIN number for her phone that she wrote down. The unfamiliar number was promptly forgotten and the slip of paper the PIN was written on disappeared. So the phone was locked and unusable except for receiving incoming calls. We returned and saw Dennis -- no waiting even. He unlocked the phone, re-built as much of the directory as possible from the old Brand X phone and we were on our way. Five star service all the way from Dennis Guzman in the Clermont, Florida, store. And he saved us money,too, as we are senior citizens and members of AARP.

Great Service by Vince, he's knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. Also, helped me as soon I entered the store, I haven’t bought a phone in a long while but he assisted me well and left with phone of choice I needed!
