At&t Clermont 27 does not work, it is the worst telephone service there is, I have 9 lines registered and they are not approved to get a device.

This store is super clean & tidy. I was welcomed by the store associate Carlos , he was super friendly & knew exactly what to do when I explained my phone situation. He went above & beyond my expectations. I will definitely be returning for any other of my phone worries , service was a 100/100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like the phone signal provided by AT&T, but they need harder working and better trained employees inside their store locations.They are unbelievably slow, poorly trained and relatively useless.Great phone signal, absolutely pathetic customer care and service.

We went yesterday to upgrade our phones when we got home. I dial 911 for my brother-in-law and it worked then my wife tried to use her phone and she realize she couldn’t make a phone call or text out we tried tech-support tech-support called another tech-support and eventually they came up with the conclusion we had to go back to the store. It was around 830 9 o’clock but I really need my phone because I’m on dialysis and I can call my wife if something happens to me on the machine so their policy is that you must walk out with a working phone I guess that changed We came out of the store without working phones so now I have to go back to the store waste my time to get the phones fixed. I hope they have answers for me. just be careful with them passing the buck. Make sure you work with one person and one person only cause I think that’s where the mistake is passing it on to the next employee there more likely to go home if their time is up and then you’re stuck with the next person.

Brian was my sales rep and he was FANTASTIC! He wasn’t pushy AT ALL, he gave us time to browse, ask questions, and even gave his personal opinions on items that was very helpful. 10/10 customer service. I got a great phone even though I’m new to iphone I love the camera, along with a durable phone case, and a great price that’s cheaper than what I was paying at Verizon. thank you!
