I’m complaining about case not only since I opened it more than 75 days ago on 01/05/24 but also because I have been following up regularly.I was surprised to find out today on that the person who took my case did not even open it. Despite my continuous calls and follow-ups since 01/01/2024, today I called to follow up again on 03/15/2024. I received no notification that the case was closed, whether through email, text message, or any other means. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering we are a small business striving to provide services. The behavior of the individuals in the back office is concerning and undermines our trust in the bank to handle our money and cases professionally. This has been the worst bank experience I have ever encountered, and I no longer feel secure continuing business with them.I urge you to thoroughly review all departments, from customer service to the complaint department, as it seems no action is being taken to address our issues. It is incomprehensible to me that a case involving a significant amount of money could be closed without my knowledge or discussion.There is no any secure and reliable to such, only you are keep changing us for anything you can but when come to our benefit seems no one care.Furthermore, in the past two months, I had a particularly unpleasant interaction with a lady who displayed extreme rudeness and unprofessional behavior. She appeared disinterested, cutting me off repeatedly and rushing to end the call. I am confident that our call records will confirm this.As a foreigner, I am committed to protecting another people, even those outside the country, and I promise to share my experiences by posting reviews everywhere.My advice is to consider renaming the bank to the “Worst Bank of America.”Best RegardsFatima.A

Knew it going in , but scheduled appt to get a simple tax statement from a closed Merrill lynch acct and they couldn’t help us !! customer service was as usual, no help . Guess because we closed the acct we were not worth any effort to resolve our inquiry

Customer service is getting worse every time, I need to make a banking transaction and they tell me that the system is down, but people who have arrived after me are assisting them, it could be that the system is down but it is terrible customer service, I am almost at the limit of this bank and I have made other transactions in Chase and they have been much faster and more efficient, 30 minutes and still here, it seems that I as a customer do not matter, my question is, is it true that the system has gone down and you cannot make international transactions?

This is the 5th time I’ve had a problem with them. They owe me around 300$ still. And that was 2 years ago. They’ve held my check for a week and a half but everyone else’s check goes through. I’ve also had 7 people tell me complete different things on why it didn’t go through. They tried to blame my boss and said he didn’t have the funds to pay me. My boss has plenty of funds to pay his employees. So I’m closing the account. And never banking with them again

Does anyone from Bank of America actually look at or care about these reviews? It's the same thing over and over again, yet nothing changes. You have plenty of people there to sell products to people but never enough to serve your everyday customers. Months ago you hung up a sign at one of the teller windows that says "Business Clients". I'm a business client but never noticed what this line was used for because it doesn't seem to actually BE a business line. I asked the teller one day what the sign was for and she said; "you just noticed that? That's been up for a while". That was the entire conversation so I STILL don't know why that sign is there. You are Bank of America... you should do better.

Slowest lobby bak on the planet. 45 min in line to be waited on by a lady with an attitude. I'm sorry you haven't had a break, but I dont run the bank and I just stood here for 45 min of my Saturday to get a cashier's check.Poor excuse for a bank and on January,. Pulling all my money out!Tired of lousy serviceWorst bank in the world, you can't get help when you need it

Would give zero stars if I could. BofA has the worst customer service. I have been in line for 45 min to cash a check inside. They have one teller working and there are 10 people behind me. They have employees taking their breaks during the busiest times. Poorly run business model for sure!

Super long lines,the service is not bad,but dont put your money in these bank its always a problem in the 9 years i been a client i had my card scam more than 20 times(they have 0 security)i had to replace my card and card numb in all my bills 20 times because keep happening its not a bank to trust ,they told you something and they do some thing else,they lie to you and you trust them then you see youself in a situation with out been able to use you own money horrible ,dont your gonna save so many headaches

I have been banking here for 17 years. I have no idea what has happened to them. First no one ever answers the phone. Today we went in and the computers were down. To save us another trip I tried calling but again no answer. They held up my pension checks for 2 weeks because of a scanning error and I had to make an appointment to see someone in 2 weeks. The service now is HORRIBLE!I am changing Banks as soon as possible.This is no way to run a bank. No phone numbers I called answered either.It is next to impossible to get help. At the very least they need people at the branch level to answer the phones.I do not drive and now I have to arrange another trip today to see if the computers are up and running. Disgraceful.
