I have had work done here twice and it was major. Both times I was treated professionally. The work done was top notch and a very good price. I believe I can relax and feel peace knowing I have a good mechanic. To rely on.

I took my Jeep in for a routine oil change and new brakes. They were prompt, courteous, and honest. They will never do anything that doesn’t need to be done. If you need a local mechanic, I highly recommend Bees.

If the incompetence was paired with honest effort it could be forgiven, but this company is ran by BAD PEOPLE! This business is a disreputable stain on downtown Clermont. Please do yourself a favor, and by extension the community, and do not use this business!

I do not leave reviews but people need to know the truth, this place is very bad. They are very expensive without telling you, do not fix the car, then insult and curse when you ask questions. Really bad place and mean people.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! RUDE, EXPENSIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL poor-quality work! Prepare to bee ROBBED and disrespected by the owners and staff at the same time if you are foolish enough to go here! I wish someone had told me before that this place was so bad :( Just look at the other reviews, my experience wasn't a one-off... You have been warned!

One of the worst places I've ever used. Awful service, awful staff and awful expensive for nothing. Such a waste of time and money. These people should be ashamed of themselves... this is the type of business that gives mechanics a bad name.

Had problem with a/c on Grand Marquis. Was charged $65 to run a 30 second self diagnostic on vehicle. Seems a bit excessive.

I've never been to a mechanic that has had such consistently bad service. I hadn't been here for years back before they built their new building and the customer service wasn't good back then either but at least their labor rate was less than the usual big shops and they always did the work right.I moved and this shop is close to my new place n I haven't been here in a long time as I said so I figured I'd give them a shot to fix my A/C. I called and asked them how busy they were before I ever brought my vehicle here because you know, people use their vehicle to get to work and earn a living. They told me they could probably at least diagnose it the same day so I dropped it off. Later they tell me they didn't have time to look at it and they would look at it "first thing in the morning". Sure no problem, I've worked on cars before and things happen on the job that cause delays and they never guaranteed they would look at it the same day.I call the next day over 2 hours past their opening time and they tell me they have not looked at my car yet but they would "pull it in the bay and call me in 30 min". So much for "first thing". Two hours pass and no call received. I call back and they simply say it is "still in the bay being looked at". Another 2 hours pass with no communication. It's now only 2 hours before they close. (By the way I've been placed on hold for 10 minutes twice already at which point their phone system automatically disconnects you and the 3rd time I called I was on hold 7 minutes before I just hung up and called back only for the receptionist to immediately help me so she just never gets people off hold clearly). Finally they call me back and tell me that the "tensioner is broken" and it needs a new tensioner / belt replaced. I authorize them to do the repair even though that's definitely something I could just do myself I just want the damn car fixed so I can stop messing around trying to get rides to work n it's sitting in their lot already so. They do not end up doing the repair that day.Now it's the weekend so I have to wait until Monday. Monday rolls around and I think well they've had the car two days surely it'll be fixed today right? I call around ~11 AM to confirm that the car will be ready today as I have heard nothing. They tell me they'll be working on it soon. 3PM rolls around and guess what I've heard nothing so I call again and I already have no faith at this point so I literally just say I'm picking my car up today whether it's fixed or not I'll be there before they close at 5. They tell me it's going to be fixed in about an hour (So around 4PM). I hear nothing back and drive over to pickup my car at 4:45PM. I arrive AND THEY HAVE CLOSED EARLY. Unbelievable. They also left my vehicle completely unlocked in a unsecured lot so make sure you empty your cars out before you bring them here because anyone can walk on over and steal stuff from your car.At this point I'm not waiting willing to wait any longer. When I finally went over there to pickup my keys for my unfixed vehicle the "diagnosis" fee they justified charging me an hour labor for was for looking at AC Refrigerant levels. I get why you would hook up gauges to check that on a no A/C complaint but do you not do visual inspections before pulling out the fancy tools? You can literally see the belt was not on the pulley in a few seconds just by popping the hood. I also have no idea why you guys are quoting me an A/C recharge on my repair order when a bad pulley / belt would have no relation at all to refrigerant levels.Today I took the wheel off in my driveway and the tensioner pulley literally just had a loose bolt that caused the belt to slip off. The belt is totally fine and the pulley is also totally fine and does not require replacement. I simply reseated the belt / fixed the tension and my A/C works just fine in less than an hour on my driveway. No parts needed replacing

I took my car to Bees for electrical problems and was charged 900.00 for #1 a battery, the one that came out of car was 3 months old. I lost that 200.00, then #2 they said they found a gas leak. They never showered where they repaired it. #3 my Google searches were saying that the gear shifter was broken so I had ordered one and it was doing the same thing. So I never took it back off and when they supposedly fixed it all they done was put a connector together and snapped gear arm back on that all . They did not tell me how to operate car now so after I left there place, it did it again, it wouldn’t go into Park again. So we had it towed back up there and they came out and accused me of voiding the contract because I replaced what they fixed and I never replaced anything after leaving the 1 day. They really wouldn’t fix it again, so I said show me how you fixed it the first time. They showed me and I would have had no ideal to fix it. Bottom Line they are ripping you off because I don’t see where I spent 900.Friends or no Friend never again.MAF!!!!Services: Electrical

Super rude employee, he was just inside the store and told me to leave with the greatest lack of education. Respect above all, I do not recommend anyone to go to the store that can be beaten inside

Way to go Marlo. Hang up on me as a customer. You all take advantage of young women. To stare at a car to determine what to do and charge a young hard working woman $155 to do nothing and when challenged on phone by her father you hang up. You all deserve to be reported.Reply to owners response:Sure send me an email to respond further. However to reply to your comments:I think you as a business should learn from this in a few ways to improve your customer service. Your team should be thorough in explaining the dollar amount of diagnostic fees. In this case you almost did nothing to diagnose that you had to charge $400+ to take intake apart to diagnose what may be wrong. Seems this amount of work would not require or warrant an even more initial fee of over $155. Again, that is a lot of money especially to a young person in todays economic climate. Further more she should not have had her car held "hostage" by you. Marlo clearly stated that she would NOT allow the AAA tow truck to tow her car to Hyundai until she were to come there and pay. You have no right to make that demand and not allow her car to be picked up.Also further, Marlo was not talked demeaning at all from me. I was elevated as she kept talking over me, not listening or offering to have me speak to owner as she should have. Instead hanging up and then when meeting up with my daughter face to face she proceeded to make negative comments about me to my daughter. Believe what you want to believe but that happened. Shame on Marlo representing you all this way. I cannot say anything beyond her as that was the only interaction I had.Hopefully you all can learn more about customer service or perhaps you all just do not care and are fine with the business you have and the numerous negative comments sprinkled into this Google Reviews. Seems you all could be better.

Great people. Great service. Will be returning if I need further assistance with my vehicle.
