While some visits are hit & miss, and curbside delivery is not available, the overall experience is positive with good service and must-shop sales.
I like Belks products and I enjoyed shopping online with the convenience of returning unwanted items to the store. But I won't be buying online from them anymore since they want most of their returns sent back with a return fee of $12.50. Sorry, Belk, the party is over for me.

Like many retailers they’ve reduced staff and it shows. Many sizes were in the wrong place, displays were jumbled and messy. You had to search for help and they were efficient but not particularly welcoming. Good selection of clothes and shoes and a lot of sales.

A nice store which caters to all ( women, men, children & houseware). You can find some really great deals if you look for them. The staff is really helpful. Download the app and you can get some great deals.
