Called 2 times for an appointment. Was told it would take 2-3 days to call me back. I called back a 3rd time and actually spoke to Everett in sales who said he was busy doing three things and would call back by the end of the day. Never called ! Sorry but I don’t beg anyone to take my money. Called Mark’s Floors and made an appointment within two business days. I will never call Best Flooring again.

Me and my wife decided to get rid of 2 rooms of old worn carpet and do laminate floors for ease of cleaning. We stopped into the store and talked with Frank. Frank took the time to show us what he had for our needs (water resistant and pet nail resistant).We put down a deposit after he came to our house and measured the rooms. A few weeks later Chris and Samantha came and installed both rooms over a 2 day period. They were very nice and did a excellent job. Very articulate and did a nice clean up when finished. I had them do the quarter round also and they even did all the caulking when it was done.They let us do as much as we wanted to save money so we took the old carpet and tack strip out and got rid of it. Also I painted the primed quarter round. They were very easy to work with.They did such a good job we had Frank come back over and were getting some other flooring supplies to replace the stuff the last owner put down and this should hold us over till were ready to have the great room redone in a year or two.Highly recommend and will be using them again!

Totally mislead me on warranty. Do not trust what they tell you!! they told me the stain resistant carpet and pad was guaranteed against stains. First stain I got after 2 months, they told me the warranty didn't apply and I was on my own to deal with it. No offer to help other than to recommend a product to buy on Amazon to try and get the stain out.

this floor situation is making me really frustrated. I have been waiting since 2021 and you can say 2023 is right on the corner and still no one can come and change my floor. This is ridiculous and embarrassing having my kids get hurt and having visitors point out the horrible job you guys did. I’m the one who always has to call because you guys can last months to even answer a call. I really didn’t want to get to this extreme but for what I see my only option is suing the company. You have no idea how much I regret going inside that store I for sure know I will never recommend anyone there. Seller was very nice to take my $ but now that there’s an issue some guy name eddy (manager) don’t do squad other then tell me he’ll talk to his boss and that he’ll remind him again and again and that it takes a long time. (Almost 2 years waiting) had it been a 1000 or 2000 dollar job I’d let it go and move on but this was a $15,000 dollar pure s%^*+ job!! Like. Common!!!

Where do I start after paying half of the money upfront my salesman Everett forgot to order the flooring saying it was on back order when we realize it was not so then waited a month then did not order enough of the flooring material said he would give me a discount after he looked at his margins finally another two weeks later my floor was finished and he wanted to charge me for the extra flooring material which he should’ve ordered correctly in the first place and did not give me a discount for my inconvenience not happy at all would not recommend this store although the installers were very professional and then an excellent job

BUYER BEWARE of Best Flooring in Clermont, FL!!! We had our tile installed Jan. 2022. We have been working with Frank the sales guy who suggested a saddleboard design to butt up against the existing tile. We thought it was a great idea and paid extra for this type of craftsmanship. During the time of install, the installers wet saw blade went dull and told us he needed to go to Home Depot to buy a new blade. But all of the triangles for the saddleboard where already installed and have rough and rugged edges. We didn't see this at the time when we signed the completed order until the next day when the floor was dry. We called Frank back to let him know what the final result looked like and he said they would fix it. It has been four months and they still haven't fixed it. We talked to Doug, who Frank said was their Store Manager, and he was incredibly rude to us. I asked if porcelain tile should have color all the way through, he screamed \

I can't honestly say anything about their price or workmanship. But what I can say is my experience is not good it doesn't seem like they really care about their customer. I tried twice to visit thier showroom first time I arrived I received a phone call in the parking lot I arrived about an hour and a half before the close time. As I was sitting there the lights turned off and a man came out he seen that that we were there and said they were closing early due to some staffing issues, come back tomorrow so ok we can do that we arrived again on Saturday said they were open until 3 my wife called this time it said they were assisting another customers. So we drove up long before the close time arrived and closed locked up. Not impressed I would not bother going here to many others out there.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I purchased a 12x15 glamor girl (pink) carpet for $600.00. I at first thought this price was too high for this size but I was told by Steve that this was the standard price. Nevertheless, I was told that my carpet would arrive in 2wks or less. Long story short within a week and a half I was given a call by Steve stating during the process of delivery the carpet was damaged and that I would receive the carpet in a month instead of 2wks and asked what would I like to do? I told him I would call him back and let him know, therefore I called back the next day and stated a whole month is a long time to wait but since I have done business with them in the past I would like a discount for the inconvenience. He stated no. So the therefore I went back the next day to get my money back but the employee in the store at the time refused to give me back my refund. So I called the police and then and only then did I get all my money back. I went with a different carpet company (MARK'S FLOOR) and the same size carpet I got for 408.00 (200 dollars less). And also it came in week .If you are looking for great customer service and cheap prices please go with "MARKS FLOOR".

Worst experience so far..I bought a rug in September for my master room.. they installed in October (6th) the rug was installed in three pieces with joints visible to the eye.. When I complained, the salesman came to take pictures.. in October 20th. They sent Richard, the installer .. He tried to fix the rug, but after a while working on it, got up and told me that he wasn’t a magician and could not fix the damage.. Later that day, salesman Mr. Butler Clermont.. told me there was manufacturing problem with the rug and he was placing a claim..November 12, salesman call to come and take pictures again.. as of today, November 17, after two months of the purchase, I still dealing with this lemon rug and they keep giving me the runaround... I contacted consumers affairs...
