The best apart about today is went here first as a referral, and because the insurance I had they decided to not help me. Just said straight up no without even giving me a quote when I have so much money in my bank. Don’t go here. Absolutely absurd thinking I’m a brokie. Didn’t even ask if I’d pay out of pocket.

Caliber Collision was very informative throughout the entire process. My truck was repaired as soon as possible, and they used all resources necessary to make sure I was getting it back at 100%. I would highly recommend them over and over again!

While the vehicle was being repaired, the staff was letting me know how the process was going and letting me know changes in dates of completion. That was good. I received my car, and there was no one there to do a final walk through with me. I had to do it myself and found some issues. I took pictures and contacted my adviser, Tim, to address my concerns but I never received a call back from him or a simple follow-up after leaving with my vehicle. No attention to detail as my car was returned dirty and with other minor damage they did while pealing off some of the masking tape. If you go to them for business, make sure you inspect your vehicle before you take possession of it and make sure they return your car clean.
