I’ve had a CS account for years and very pleased. A friend of mine was having a bad experience with another brokerage so I suggested they try CS. So I brought them in today and was greeted by Marina Borden. She helped us open both a IRA & Brokerage account and even generated all the required paperwork to initiate the IRA rollover. Marina was very informative, answering all our questions. Provided exceptional customer service and was very kind and patient with us. She is a true professional and asset. My friends & I left very pleased with the service Marina provided us.

Walked in. Not much explanation. Took a test to see our style of investing. Conservative can high risk. The office is like a ghost town. Never spoke with anyone else. We wanted to do a 5 year investment just to have money grow rather than sit. She made it seem we were wasting investments time. She wasn’t into our first time decision, until we caved on the 10 yr.We started to lose badly because of Carona. The info out there was grim for the entire 2020. We decided to pull 3/4 of our money. At this time I spoke with the “ boss” there by phone. He was very aggressive and negative. Telling me you can’t pull money after 2 days of bad market days. I explained it was not because of that but because it’s Carona, (the unknown) I felt NOW was not the time to step into this investing world. Everyday since? We’ve of course lost money.Yesterday we get a letter. Not a phone call, a letter. The letter says our credit is not good enough to invest with them. The letter was dated March 7, 2020. The date today is 3/14. On the website, our account is still open and money is being lost.This establishment never said credit worthiness was a requirement to open an account. They never ran our credit. You don’t get a car then run credit or a house or anything.Now? Weve lost money and you close the acct. by way of a letter!I’m filing a complaint. If our acct. should have never opened, then give us our money back ALL OF IT.Do not go to this location. Good is good if in their minds it’s good. Once they don’t like something, your treatment will go out the window.We are disgusted.
