Nobody here knows what in the world they are doing or talking about. You check in with Employee A, they tell you to see Employee B. Employee B tells you they can’t help you and sends you back to A to talk to a banker. A tells you B definitely CAN help you, and refuses to add you to the list to see a banker because B can help you. Great place to waste an hour or more of your time without accomplishing the task you came to perform

They never answer the phone at the Citrus Tower location. They just tell you No one is AVAILABLE. GOODBYE. THEN I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER THEY SWITCHED ME TO THE BRANCH AND SAME THING. THEY HUNG UP ON ME

I wanted to deposit money in my brother's account. Not able to deposit cash. Was told to deposit cash in my bank, then do a cash advance with card to brothers account at Chase. Reason so they can track the money. I provided i.d. and said, "Feel free to copy information and put in notes." That would be tracked, in my opinion. They said no. Told brother to switch banks. Bank not wanting u.s. currency with proper i.d. is really weird to me.

I was in search of a bank that could provide me with personalized service and I FOUND IT. Mr Narendra Singh was all that and more. He set up my accounts transferred funds, ordered cards, and made this as simple as possible. Highly recommend Mr Singh at Citrus tower branch.

No bad experience with staff, but as a banking institution, they should invest in new ATM machines. It’s scary to make deposits then receive a receipt with a phone number to call if the deposit was incorrect. That was after attempting the inside ATM after hours and it returning cash I tried to deposit multiple times. Not exactly how I wanted to end my night after working 10 hours. Problems during the day and problems at night on multiple occasions for months. If the machines are repeatedly having errors, maybe it’s time for new ATM machines.

Rude rude and more rude . Will not process a wire transfered for me when the app or website its not working . Aasam or whatever his name is was rude and nasty and told me he was doing me a favor .... chase its a nasty bank with nasty employees.

I was in they're today and getting a withdraw the older brunette lady working acted like it was a bother fore me to make a credit card pymt any way next time this happens I'm closing all my accounts and moving everything over to PNC
