This bank branch is useless. What's the point of having a building if you are going to turn away all customers and tell them you can pretty much only do ATM?I needed to do a wire transfer and you told me to go to another branch and that the transfer "wouldn't go out anyway." You turned away the customers before me as well because you "don't deal with cash."What? Useless branch.

Poor service, while they ask you to take a seat for service, only to have others walk in and start engaging in services requests with no regard for myself and the other client that were waiting as we were asked. Sad to be a client this bank.

Chase has decided that if you don't contact them electronically, they don't want to talk to you. I have had the most horrible experience with Chase and their business model that I'm closing all my accounts. On my third attempt at a branch with an appointment, I overheard them tell a 90 plus year old man that they couldn't help him without an appointment. WTF???? He lost his debit card. Was just at the grocery when he noticed, came straight to the bank. After he explained his problem: "Do you have an appointment?" "Did you call about the card?" "We don't have anyone available to help you today." "Can you drive across town to the other branch if they have someone available?" I told them to give him my appointment so he could buy food and probably medication. NEVER HAVE I SEEN SUCH HORRID BUSINESS PRACTICES! I tried to call Chase to complain. That's a joke. They don't want to talk to you either. I've been online trying to find a place to send a letter about my experience. Can't find anyplace. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, AND DON'T ASK ANY QUESTIONS. THERE'S NO ONE TO HELP.

Please don’t come here to deposit. There is no teller and I don’t understand why they open the brand without the full functionality of a branch.

Warning! This Chase bank location is cashless, imagine that, a bank with no cash. You can only do basic transactions via the two ATM’s and private clients appointments at this location. There are no bank tellers, just a large empty space with a few booths. Go elsewhere for full service banking.

Out of all the Chase banks I have ever been to, this is by far and away the worst. The customer service here is non-existence. I should say that the private client guy is pretty cool, but everyone else just rude. Your a disturbance to them. Awful, drive 20 min out of your way and get treated better somewhere else.

No one in the bank that can help a business. Told to come back in 5 days for an appointment to move money to a business checking. What a waste of space and time

bank great service super friendly people and very punctual I was attended by a wonderful person who was super polite to me and my wife opening the account was very quick practical and simple I recommend the bank in every way note 10.

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a bank, I moved from NY, 15 years with Citi, no citi in FL, picked Chase. My husband and I have a join account, we opened one with chase as well as a child card for my kid. To make the story short, they “cancelled” my saving, checking and daughters account for “fraud” 0 explanation, 0 emails 0 phones calls, we deposited all our money in the bank, both my husband’s and I direct deposits missing, money missing, my child out of state with no card/money training. After 2 days of back and forward (to add, I am going international in 2 days, with no bank, no direct deposit) and they are telling me I have to schedule appointments to help fix the issue. DO NOT GIVE CHASE YOUR MONEY, I understand things happen, it is understating, but they do not have any intentions to help, they want you to make ian appointment to help you with situations that requiere attention immediately, how do you tell someone to make an appointment when they are living internationally and they need to figure out how they will get their direct deposit. I cancelled everything and I am taking my $$$ to a different bank! Chase is the worse, this branch, other branches, as well as customer service, all very unhelpful people. Now I have to wait for checks to come in the mail, my daughters account with all her savings no one can answer us on where is the money, all I am saying is, imagine if someone lives pay check by paycheck, with no extra money to wait around, how do they do that to people, with out a second to help figure things out, or a notice to come to the bank before cancelling anything. I am grateful I did not move all my money from my previous bank, and we can wait 2-4 weeks for our paychecks. Never again!!!! The reviews here are very true, don’t bank with Chase!
