“JC Penney has changed their style of clothing back to the way it used to be. No more of the entire store being filled with contemporary styles that were totally unappealing. Clothing also seems to be of a better quality. Customer service is always outstanding! All employees go out of their way to speak and greet you. Check out, returns and exchanges are very easy to find in the store. I wish there were more stores and that they change their opening hours from 11am to either 9 or 10am!”
